Dunkin is connected to a convenience gas ⛽ station not sure the name mitten I think but don't quote me on the name (marathon ⛽ also) get gas multiple ways 😆 joking. The store is clean the store counter is separated from Dunkin counter. Sandwiches from two cheese grilled cheese to wraps croissant 🥐 (🥓 🍳 🧀) for the law enforcement plenty of hot coffee and donuts 🍩 😂 just having fun with you

its cheaper than Bigby but if you ask for less ice they dont fill your cup up all the way its a new policy or somthing. also you are charged an extra dollar if you just want an extra cup of ice :/

Sometimes they forget to give you all the items you have ordered. Food is good.

asked for a chocolate milk for my son, which has never been any problem at another Dunkin and they say they don’t have chocolate milk. They have milk. They have chocolate syrup so just put it together kind of weird.

The staff this morning were so rude. For context I was with my friend in the car, she was trying to get me a cake donut at the drive thru (i am very sick its one of the few things i can stomach). They had no idea what that was and were taking a long time to answer and kept laughing. My friend had to come inside and get one herself and they continued to not listen to her when she nicely explained what and where they were.. needless to say when your employees are acting like this is makes the whole experience for everyone unpleasant. For someone sick like me, I just want to peacefully get my donut and enjoy my life. I don't need extra stress in my life and don't deserve it just for wanting a donut. It makes us not want to come back.

The workers are always really friendly, however the consistency of quality is always really, really bad. Lately, any donuts my family or I have gotten have only been 1/3rd iced, 1/3rd filled with cream, or just straight up the wrong ones in the box. Sometimes it looks like they physically body slam them or just whip sprinkles in the box instead of on the donuts, too. The same goes for the drinks, as you never really know if it’s going to be great or horrible.

I don’t usually write reviews for fast food but the people in this Dunkin were SO nice. We made an online order and they didn’t have some of the things we wanted so they substituted it for something else and gave us a little extra. Plus all the employees there were just so nice.

I usually enjoy starting my mornings with a Dunkin’ latte, but the inconsistency has really made me reconsider. If I ask for less ice, I get noticeably less product. Okay…. fine. But when I don’t ask for less ice, my drink still comes out looking sloppy (see photo), and sometimes the cup is covered in crumbs on top.

The service is hit or miss it really depends on who’s working that day. Some employees are kind and respectful, while others have an attitude that makes the whole experience uncomfortable.

As much as I’ve enjoyed Dunkin’ being part of my daily routine, I think it’s time for me to take a break. I just can’t keep spending my money on an experience that feels so unpredictable.

We ordered through drive through, get to the window, pay for our food & get handed Christian S’s mobile order. After the DTW workers error, we go inside, they give us our sandwiches (sausage & egg, no egg) forgets our hashbrowns, so we go back inside for the second time. Lastly, when I checked the sandwich’s mine was very burnt & hard as a hockey puck… why would you give me burnt food? I’m a barista in Mount Pleasant, and food standards don’t change despite high drive times or how busy it is. Respectfully, I’d love a refund for my food but we couldn’t ask for one because we’re heading to a wedding.
