Dunkin donuts in Mt pleasant, MI. I had an amazing experience with this location and Raven, the manager. I was working with them for a local fundraiser and they impressed me so much with their turnaround time as well as professionalism and of course, delicious donuts. Will definitely be coming back! Most Staff are friendly and respectful. And know what customer service is. There’s a female employee that obviously doesn’t like her job, she is very rude talks about paying costumers to other workers to create issues. I was taught to respect my elders and stand up for what’s right. This women should not be allowed to work in a costumer service work setting. I was told I’m not to come back because I didn’t agree with what she was doing and how she acts and treats paying...
