I do like the churros here, but often the amount of time it takes to receive your food is out of hand. We waited a solid 45 minutes for a 1 item order tonight. I hope they can improve efficiency!

Everything about this place is absolutely adorable! Shakes are amazing, and churros are delicious! The lovely ladies working were very sweet, and had smiles on their faces the whole time! She even brought our churros and shakes to us instead of saying our name for us to come up to the counter. A small touch that made a huge difference! You can absolutely tell they love what they do, as they take their time to carefully make your order and do not skip out on any details! Will most definitely be back!

A unique experience...the place is beautiful...the dishes are delicious...a service of 100...the girls who serve there are very friendly and charismatic...and the owner is a loving person...For me it is the number one place 1 in all of Mount Please...do not hesitate to visit it, I recommend it ???

I was so excited to try this place. Unfortunately the girl working was sucking her fingers repeatedly as if she had food on them or something, and seemed to be the only one working. I walked right out. I was not about to have her handle my food, who would? That's unsanitary. I also find it unprofessional when workers are in crop tops and revealing clothing.

They used cheap ice cream with too much milk. There was barely any flavor. We ordered the Reese's milkshake and the Churro milkshake. The Churro one tasted awful and nothing like churros. The churros were bland with no cinnamon sugar, so there was no flavor. Very over priced for what we got. The tables and floor were disgusting, filled with crumbs and sprinkles. They weren't busy, so there was plenty of time to clean tables and sweep. Very disappointed. Reeses also tasted very stale.

Food was delicious and so reasonably priced (I would've paid much more, honestly). The workers put real time and care into their craft and it shows. Plus, the digital kiosk made ordering super easy and the featured images were somehow EXACTLY how our food came out. You will not be disappointed.

Tasted ok nothing amazing, but it's nice to have something a little different. Place smelled weird because of the oil. It was clean, but it feels empty like maybe it's not finished? The kiosk right in front of the door makes it difficult to order if there is any traffic. Having menus up with pictures all over the walls would make it easier for large groups and families. The process of getting your order is SLOW. The staff moves slow and seems very confused about the process. I'm not sure when they opened but proper training and familiarity with the menu and processes might help. Don't go if your in a hurry, but if you have time to wait it's not terrible.
Also, when commenting on reviews the owner should really learn how to respond. Being negative and saying it's the customers fault is a clear indicator of poor business practices that clearly pour over into running the place. Even if it's the truth... It makes your business seem unprofessional and making things worse for you. The responses really put me on the fence as to whether to try it or not. That being said, I hope they get better, it's a fun idea and could really be a good place to visit.
