Pizza is usually good, disappointed in the words of the Manager when I had ordered at 5 pm with a pick up time of 5:30 pm arrive at 5:40 only to be told it has not been put in the oven yet, that's disappointing but that's just the way it is, was not Happy!

Last 3 times horrible. First time I got an empty box. Called and waited 45 minutes for the replacement pizza. Manager on duty just laughed, thought it was funny. Next order crust seasonings were not right making the pizza a inedible, this time again not cooked to well done kinda still doughy and no trubo seasoning

I'll be straightforward I was a little worried ordering from a Jets outside of the Metro Detroit area. The team in Mount Pleasant cooked it exactly how I asked and it was just as good if not better than what I've had in the Detroit area. The crew at Jets actually had my pizza done early, the online estimate was for 35 minutes and they had it ready in 25 minutes. I am finding that you can't ever go wrong with Jets, the quality control is outstanding. They had a special $5 off a 3 topping pizza, that was a good deal. Ordering from the Jets website online is also easy, and they have a members club, where you earn points . I usually cash my points in for a bottle of their ranch, it is outstanding

Terrible service tonight. Pre-ordered for pick up 1 1/2 hrs before we wanted to pick up 2 small pizzas. Showed up on time to pick it up and it hadn't been started yet. MGMT refused a refund even though they hadn't started our order yet. Took another 40 minutes to get our order. Very disappointed in how we were treated.
Super bummed it was overcooked and greasy. No more turbo crust for me.

As I work in the mall, Jet’s is my go-to place for lunch. EVERYTHING is affordable and even gluten-free options for my sister to enjoy.
The sauce is the best part! I have a great experience with staff every time I stop in. I can always tell that customer service and quality is important to them.
