Amazing pizza also so busy they don't give correct time for pick up

Always have had great experience with service, friendly and polite. Recently have been getting the ultimate pepperoni , eight corner , large , deep dish pizza. Always cooked how we ask it to be and ready when we get there.

Pretty upset with a recent experience with Jets. I had ordered online on 11/15/25 for a pizza to pick up. I had showed up 10 minutes before my pizza was ready to be picked up and the doors were locked to the business. I saw 4 workers in there and I’m pretty sure at least one saw me try to enter but said nothing. I had waited until 10:30pm in the parking lot as I was trying to make other arrangements and then went home. I was called at 10:50pm by an employee asking if I was going to pick up my pizza and that they close at 11p. I explained that I went and the door was locked and worked something else out. I was still charged (~$22) for a pizza I didn’t receive. I’ve ordered pizza from there since then but didn’t realize I was charged on the 15th. The pizza is good but that experience is now making me hesitant to order online. I don’t know why I can’t just pay at pick up to prevent situations like this from occurring.

I consider myself a pizza connoisseur and honestly I like jets pizza. I just want to say if you come to this jets on Mission road in Mount pleasant, I suggest that you do not tip until after you are satisfied with your experience. I don’t know if it’s a management or a staff issue, but both experiences I’ve had this summer have been quite bad.

2 hours for a delivery, no updates on delivery time, I had to call to keep myself updated. No offer of coupons or discounts. Now I remember why I haven't ordered from them in over a year
Pizza is usually good, disappointed in the words of the Manager when I had ordered at 5 pm with a pick up time of 5:30 pm arrive at 5:40 only to be told it has not been put in the oven yet, that's disappointing but that's just the way it is, was not Happy!
