Jet's is still my favorite pizza but after yesterday it will be a LONG TIME before we go back. Look I fully understand a pizza spot is gonna be busy for Superbowl Sunday. I ordered, showed up when they said it would be done, girl at the counter goes to cooks comes back to tell me it's in the oven. Then, 30 minutes later they told me they lost my pizza. Ordered at 5 and missed the kickoff at 6:30. Completely screwed up my Superbowl vibe.

Went to order and the women at the register did was not at all a good/positive worker. Once we waited twenty minutes for our order of a large cheese pizza and a pack of breadsticks she claimed we didn’t order a pack of breadsticks and gave attitude.

I'm from Lansing, but any time I come here to visit family, the pizza here is always incredible. Flavorful crust, delicious and ooey-gooey cheese and some sweet tomato sauce. Love Jet pizza, and love this location!

So I ordered a pizza with cash on delivery and the delivery was just across the street for which I paid around 6 dollars just to get the pizza almost after one hour and that too a cold one! And on top of it, I ordered for pineapple toppings which was on my receipt but not on my pizza lol I can’t eat a receipt, right? And its crazy how you can take almost one hour to deliver a pizza right across the street!! Never ordering from you guys ever again!

We did not even get to have our pizza, because we stood there waiting for someone to help us for ten minutes. They were looking directly at us, but would not come and take our order. Didn’t say anything, didn’t say why- they just stood there staring and then doing other things even after they saw us there. Kinda
