First time having Jimmy John's, and it was a wonderful experience! Fast and fresher than anything I have gotten anywhere else. A little pricey, but I'd say it's worth it over somewhere like Subway. Will definitely be trying this location again.
Vegetarian options: Not sure if I just caught a good day, but the vegetables on my Veggie Sub were amazingly fresh.

The food is always consistent here, in a well made clean environment and always taste great. Staff are friendly and fast. Lots of great sub options and I've never been disappointed.
I went to eat here today at the Broadway location in Mt. Pleasant, MI. My 9 year old niece ordered a the new Bleu Cheese sandwich. She did not like the flavor. I asked to speak with a manager, one did not come over to speak with us. I told the cushier she did not like the sandwich. His reply was you ordered it. I even brought up that they could offer another sandwich for her. Nobody seemed to care. It was not a good experience.
