The food is always consistent here, in a well made clean environment and always taste great. Staff are friendly and fast. Lots of great sub options and I've never been disappointed.

I went to eat here today at the Broadway location in Mt. Pleasant, MI. My 9 year old niece ordered a the new Bleu Cheese sandwich. She did not like the flavor. I asked to speak with a manager, one did not come over to speak with us. I told the cushier she did not like the sandwich. His reply was you ordered it. I even brought up that they could offer another sandwich for her. Nobody seemed to care. It was not a good experience.

I prefer to frequent this location downtown over the one on Mission street. This JJ is conveniently located on my way home and is a quick choice for dinner.

I had an old Jimmy John's card for a free sub, and they said they had not seen it in years. However, the manager honored it, I felt like I hit the jackpot. My free veggie sub was delicious! You have one happy customer who will be return to this sub shop.

Did a group order from here Saturday afternoon for 12 people. They put everyone's name (not just the sandwich #) on each sandwich when they delivered them, which made things way easier on us! JJs tries to make sure their sandwiches are consistent all across the country, but the customer service piece of this JJs is what stood out to our group!
