Had a very disappointing experience at the KFC in Mt Pleasant, Michigan. The employee who helped me, Jessie (male) working drive through, was extremely rude, condescending, and unpleasant from the moment the interaction started. Simple questions were met with attitude, and the overall tone was unprofessional and dismissive.
Customer service matters, especially in a place that deals directly with the public. This experience alone is enough to make me not want to return. Management really needs to address how customers are spoken to here.

Last night I ordered from kfc and was so hungry but my chicken was cold soaked in oil. Seems like they gave me someone’s leftover. I had to throw it, it was that bad.

Food was hot and prepared right but chicken isn't worth the price the want for it KFC in general as a whole company has went down hill over the years and with the chicken tasting bad and not really all that good that will not be helping them out either. The service at this location was fast friendly and very helpful.

Ehh where do I start? The big man at the speaker? Why? Ik u hate ur job but let us talk and listen 👂.... The FOOD WAS TRASH.... OLD CHICKEN!!! OLD FOOD!! I really wanted my order remade but I didn't want the hassle of asking becuz they didn't seem friendly and at this point, what kind of food would I be receiving back? The chicken was so old the skin fell off :(

Unfortunately I came here for a late dinner (granted it was 10pm) but they didn’t close until midnight, and my food was terrible. My chicken was cold, my fries were cold, and the only warm item was the biscuit. My partner’s food was also cold, and was missing the cheese for their famous bowl. I also got a large drink and was given a medium. The food was $20 in total and honestly normally I’m not the type to leave reviews but the food was really bad and I just wanted something warm to eat.

Great place to quickly grab a bite an get back to the day!! They are fast, accommodating, friendly, they care about how the food tastes an its presentation. Last but not least ..... Every time i eat here its consistentand thats a humongous deal for me!!

I use to love KFC but now I am hesitant to go back. The last two times I have ordered food I have been disappointed. I ordered A chicken sandwich meal online and picked it up in the drive-through. I tried to request extra sauce, as I have swallowing issues, but that option wasn't available online so I asked the guy at the drive-through window and he looked a little irritated. It's the second time I've had him and he doesn't smile much at all. It's almost like he's annoyed having to work there. My chicken sandwich had more gristly chewy parts than I care to eat. The fries had rotten parts that were still fried and i don't know what the nuggets were made from. The Mt. Dew had no taste. I got NO napkins. I threw out 1/2 the meal. So bummed. What a waste of money!!!
