I use to love KFC but now I am hesitant to go back. The last two times I have ordered food I have been disappointed. I ordered A chicken sandwich meal online and picked it up in the drive-through. I tried to request extra sauce, as I have swallowing issues, but that option wasn't available online so I asked the guy at the drive-through window and he looked a little irritated. It's the second time I've had him and he doesn't smile much at all. It's almost like he's annoyed having to work there. My chicken sandwich had more gristly chewy parts than I care to eat. The fries had rotten parts that were still fried and i don't know what the nuggets were made from. The Mt. Dew had no taste. I got NO napkins. I threw out 1/2 the meal. So bummed. What a waste of money!!!

Jessie was very rude to some customers not once but multiple times he needs to be removed from the drive through and front counter if this problem won't be resolved I will go higher and call corporate there's no reason why he has to be rude to strangers I've seen him do it multiple times it's time something needs to be done about him being rude if I come in there next time and he takes my order being rude I will call up management immediately and the problem WILL be solved right then and there and if not then I'll call corporate right in front of him and his supervisor/manager

As a top 3% Google food reviewer, I’m deeply disappointed with my $50 KFC order via Uber Eats from this location. The drinks had no safety seals, there were no utensils or straws, and the chicken was cold, tough, greasy, and so salty I could barely eat it. They also forgot the BBQ sauce for my tenders combo, leaving me with an incomplete meal. I had to throw most of it away, which is unacceptable for the price. Uber Eats denied my refund, and I expected better quality and service from KFC. This experience doesn’t meet the standards I’ve come to expect as a frequent reviewer of dining options. Please address these issues to ensure better experiences for future customers.

Ong I got messed up for two days after eating from this place. I love kfc, but not this one. Not clean, rude employees. Mashed potato bites are pretty fire though. Not worth the consequences of eating here.

I just went through the drive thru and I don’t think I will ever go back. They literally NEVER REMEMBER BUTTER OR HONEY! It’s the staple to the whole entire meal. Customer service is very poor. Yall makin me sad KFC. Why you always gotta do us like that?

Went through the drive in during their dinner rush. Service was eh...not great. I try to always remember that it's never easy working the drive thru. The chicken strip were dried out and over cooked. There was no crunch to it. The fries were cold and soggy, and I only had to drive 4 miles to my house. Everything, and I do mean everything tasted salty; not sure if it comes that way from the warehouse, but whoever is at fault...STOP WITH THE SALT, PLEASE!!! Ever since Rudoni Management sold, the food has not been that good and very salty. I will need to remember to stop going there.
