We ordered when they just opened but the food tasted like it was old. Dry and cold. Biscuits and chicken both were not the best normally we love KFC but it was the first time ordering in the morning. I would suggest avoiding ordering before noon….

First time being at KFC in a long time! We were visiting the area for a tournament and we decided to go for lunch. The lady at the counter was super friendly and helpful. Our food was on the counter before we finished paying! The quality was great! Was definitely happy about our choice to stop in.

I recently today ordered a potpie which is my favorite thing from the restaurant other than the original recipe chicken. In my pot pie there's a full size thin chicken bone that I almost choked on. These people need to take better care of knowing the chicken. They're putting in their potpie and making sure that the bones are not in the popeye for people to find with their mouth orange, possibly choke on and their throat. Very upset it was not even offered a refund or a replacement how rude.

Bad food and the bathroom was discussing I went in as a cook was coming out just dirty from head to toe signs of not washing his hands as the sink was dry and the towels handt been used at all the toilet looked like something you would see in an outhouse shed for a bathroom discussing we threw the food away of course.

SECOND TIME this has happened.Buy a bucket-ask for FOUR THIGHS(instead of two drums/two thighs). RECEIVED four drums really? Do they NOT know the difference? First time I gave them grace that there was miscommunication. THIS time I don't give them grace. Both people who were there to make order said it was correctly stated "instead of 2 drums, please include 4 thighs". If there was confusion on the cashier's part--they need to ASK, affirm, clarify.This may seem like a small thing. But it is just annoying.Tried CALLING and the phone has been busy for over an hour. Really?I'm thinking that Popeye's Chicken may need to be my new go-to if KFC cannot get a basic order correct.

Definitely has my vote for one of the worst restaurants in Mount Pleasant if I could report this restaurant to either the health department for being absolutely disgusting or call KFC and let them know that the restaurants being managed poorly I would food is always very gross when you get it falling apart old employees don't care about making fresh food this is a do not go to if you're a local unless you don't care about your quality of food then this is the perfect spot for you lived in town for 32 years and this place is went down a lot which is the big disappointment because I love KFC
Chicken strips were overcooked and dry. Had to go back inside because they got the sides wrong.

We were heading home to South Lyon, Michigan from Soaring Eagle in Mount pleasant, Michigan. It was getting late and we were a little bit hungry, so we stopped off at Kentucky fried Chicken. We went inside to order a takeout meal. The place look very clean, and the people were super friendly. We ordered a 3 piece meal to go. It was all dark meat, with a side of green beans, and Mac & cheese, and a biscuit. It was pretty good!.
