This is the 4th time in as many weeks that we have placed an order in advance and have arrived only to wait over 30 minutes for our food.
2 times prior the pizza had almost no sauce and this time the bread sticks are about 1/2 size and very dry. The sticks were about 2/3 the length of a pencil and only 2-3 times as wide.
I try to give some patience to service workers these days because I know how awful it can be to work at/for some of these companies but LC you dropped the ball tonight. I placed a pizza portal order at about 4:50pm for a 5:30-5:35pm pickup. I arrived at 5:37pm to a massive lineup, pizza portal not being utilized and a SINGLE worker busting his butt trying to please the hangry crowd that was in front of him.
