Marathon Gas Station/with Dunkin' Donuts

Very friendly staff and clean premises. I had to be out of my apartment for a day for some maintenance and they let me hang out in their dining area while I waited. I really don’t expect much from gas stations but I’m pleased every time I visit.

Slow service

Pumps so slow I regretted stopping here about $5 into a $30 prepay. Your purpose is fuel. Do that right first. Don't care how nice it is on the inside

If you enjoy fountain pop as much as I do - don’t bother stopping here. Two machines that have to be manually filled with ice. Clearly they do not fill it properly throughout the day. They obviously don’t fill it before closing because every time I’ve tried to get a pop here it’s flat, today both the coke and Pepsi machines. The ice bin needs to stay full 24/7 for the cold plate to stay cold and syrup, water and gas to mix properly.

This morning I was going to tell them but the person at the cash register wasn’t interested in being helpful. I needed a product behind the counter and couldn’t see all the options. She seemed irritated that I even asked what they were - so I gave up and didn’t bother mentioning keeping the ice bins full.

As I walked back to Dunkin’ she made the comment that she’s trying to do reports and people keep walking up.

Dunkin‘ breakfast sandwich wasn’t made right and ended up throwing it away.

Gave 2 stars for being pretty clean store.

The cashier handles two customers at once ... Staff is supporting and works as a team in a customers perspective?. Employees perspective may be different .

They don't stock during the day, so if something in the cooler runs out, you have to hope they have 2 people working so 1 can go get what you want, if they even have any. They don't keep necessary items to keep business going (like bags to carry your purchases out). The owner refuses to get roll-your-own tobacco products but has 3 rows of liquor no one buys. I can't wait for new owners to come in and make this place run smoothly.

I have been there early in the morning several times now with no other customers in the store and have to wait at least 5 min before a cashier will come to the checkout I waited 10 min this morning standing at the checkout making eye contact with employees and asking to be helped 3 times before they came to the register.

Stopped in to get gas and went inside and paid. Come back out and pump isn't working and the screen is black. Went back inside and told the cashier and he looked surprised. Turned to his manager who was standing a foot away doing inventory and she says "yea, we know it is broken". I ask why did you not put something up or tell your cashier, she says we don't have anything. Really, you don't even have paper and tape?? She was very rude.

If you come here late at night, it’s great. Come on a Sunday morning and you’re going to get all the employees only focused on Dunkin customers and no one willing to help people who just want to buy some chips with their gas.

Excellent Features and a great place for it to be at. In the communities around this area of Mt.Pleasant, will greatly help out people who live at Jamestown and Chase Run Apartments so nowadays the people around here won't have to pay expensive rates just for a ride to a store or Gas station because now they can walk over here... one thing I don't like knowing about is that the service providers like road commissioners or even the Mayor of Isabella township should have put up two pedestrian overpasses across, over the roads on Broomfield and Isabella rd.

Wonderful location and very very clean! Open for early and stay open late. Lots of options to choose from, wide parking lot, plenty of pumps! Access from multiple locations on Broomfield and Isabella.
