Waited 20 minutes for my food at the counter with NOT ONE EMPLOYEE asking if I needed any help as every.single.customer after me got their orders! Horrible customer experience. No wonder I haven't eaten at one of these places in over a year! Dani stood there and let other orders be filled even after taking my payement and knowing the situation., with no I am sorry or anything. Absolutely ridiculous!!

I asked for a lot of catch-up and they did not disappoint. They were super fast, I just pulled up to the window and all my food was finished. The food was fresh. They are on their game, and Meat, fast food expectations, which most fast food places these days don’t. Very good.

Employees are so rude and do not care at all how you get your order. I have gone here many times over the course of living down the road for 2 years and lately it has become the worst fast food restaurant in Mount Pleasant (worse than pickard st taco bell). Tonight I dealt with an employee over the phone and it was the last straw. I called the store at 11:37pm on 7/11/25. Whoever answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and rude. I called because I received two sandwiches with mayo that had gone sour. When I explained the employee said “whatever” and hung up the phone. I didn’t even want anything other than to let them know their mayonnaise had expired. I also didn’t receive straws in my order that had three drinks (it was a delivery so i couldn’t ask for some). I get how things happen and mistakes are made, but part of your job is to rectify mistakes when they happen. I don’t know who picked up the phone tonight but they should lose their job.

Took 20 minutes for my one $5 meal deal to go, when I asked what was going on management and staff were rude and just told me you're foods not ready yet but the three orders after mine were done. Store and drive through were not busy as I went around 2PM. Food and service not worth coming back.

The most consistently horrible McDonald's I've ever been to. I've never been to this specific location and had a meal that was not messed up, in some way. Consistent glaring issues with the food to the point of obvious negligence. Go to Burger King, at least then you expect it to be bad.
