Horrible service in the morning I waited outside for over 20 minutes waiting on a door dash order said they’d bring it to me went around and they said well it’s 5 now you can come in after I got there before 5 now I’m inside still waiting

As we pulled up to the McDonald's drive-thru, the line was already bustling with college kids eager for their quick fix. Feeling the pressure from the honking cars behind, we placed our order, tried to keep it simple. But as we reached the window, we were asked to pull forward and wait, promising our meal would be out shortly.Ahead, the car hadn't pulled forward enough, leaving barely enough space for the staff to maneuver. Minutes felt like ages as we waited, the honking from impatient drivers adding to the tension. Finally, a worker emerged, carrying our order at a snail's pace. Despite the chaos, we couldn't help but feel a sense of relief as we finally drove away, meal in hand, ready to enjoy our McDonald's feast.Parking: Spots and Drive Thru are extremely small and narrow!

I got food from this McDonald's through doordash and most of my order was correct however it was not great. I end up having to leave my home because my sandwich was wrong and figuring since they made the food, they needed to fix it. I went in and asked for them to remake my food and was met with a reply of "you need to contact doordash about your order. They pay us so unless we hear from them we won't fix your order". I get contacting doordash which I did, but the fact that you won't fix your mistakes is disgusting. My household ordered three large fries and they thought filling them half full was acceptable as well. I ordered drink but got no straws. They wouldn't even give me straws for our drinks. At least rallys gave me straws when I got a burger from them and didn't even order any drinks. Worst service and attitude ever.

If you don't mind watching 4 door dashers come in and leave before you get 2 plain burgers that you ordered minutes before at the kiosk because you stood at the register waiting for someone to take your order because you're paying with cash, this is the place for you.
Just ordered doordash and got the kerwin box the entire box was missing not even toy nugget, the food that did come was hardly even room temperature and no my food didn't sit there for hours my dasher was waiting for my food before it was even ready to pick up. This McDonald's always messes up orders. Even when I go in I ALWAYS have to go back in cuz either the fries are ice cold or something is missing. I know I'm not the only one who has had problems with this just mind blowing nothing is being done about the employees at least acting like they care. If you don't want to cook burgers don't work at McDonald's

I find it extremely disappointing that I could not pick up 2 mobile orders through the drive through. Especially since I have done it multiple times at the same location, even in these conditions. I am extremely disappointed and was rudely talked to about this situation at the microphone and to my face. I got sass back to me when I calmly addressed the situation. I had to drive around 4 times to get my orders.
