Horrible experience barely any condiments on burger. Didn't give us our fries with any of our meals so I had to go back also had to go back for straws! Why are we not checking bags before them being passed to buyer lots of young kids in there screwing around too. Not impressed as someone who used to love this McDonald's my last three experience have been horrible. Won't be back!

Screwed up our order and when we ordered it on the app for breakfast we went to pick it up and they couldn't find it nor could they remake it and gave us a hard time about it they was supposed to refund the money on our card have not received that either. We will not be visiting many McDonald's nor this one.
Ordered a big mac without the center bun I got no bun!!! The phone number rings busy so you can't call to tell them, so I have to drive back!

online order for double cheese burger w no pickle. got 2 pickles on my burger. we were the only car there so i know my order didn’t get misread or mixed up. not to mention the guy mumbled the whole time and didn’t seem to enjoy his job. hands down the worst mcdonald’s in the area. go to the other one on pickard if you’re hungry.

We placed an order through DoorDash, and unfortunately the delivery was the only part of the experience that went smoothly. While all the items arrived, the quality of the food itself was very disappointing. Some of it was overcooked to the point of being burnt, while other items had a strange soggy texture that somehow still managed to make your mouth feel dry. The sundae tasted as if the ice cream machine hasn’t been cleaned in quite some time, and much of the food had the stale, rubbery feel of having sat under a heat lamp for too long rather than being freshly prepared.
My fiancé worked at McDonald’s in the past, and she pointed out that it’s honestly harder to get the food wrong than to prepare it properly. Sadly, this order was proof that corners were cut. Overall, a very poor showing from this location and not what you’d expect from a brand built on consistency.
