Very slow. Ordered two Hamburg’s took over 15 minutes and they were cold. I think they had been sitting for a long time not fresh. Stay away from this place.

They NEVER get my order right literally ever. My husband has a SEVERE onion allergy... Obviously nobody cared, sandwich FULL of onions! Ridiculous

Ordered our FOOD at 8:06 Pm inside and didn't get our food Until 8:34 pm .... No one came up to the counter or anything. We weren't only ones who had this issue , I heard few other customers complaining and actually confront one of workers politely about the issue. Suppose to be fast food , they could do better !
Every time l come order my mom a decaf coffee, with a shot of French Vanilla, they always subsequently forget to add it but never forget to charge me for it, the coffee is NEVER hot after the morning rush ( remember that coffee lovers) and they will always forget something with your order whether it’s a up charge for something you wanted or a up charge for something so trivial like a extra piece of tomato. All in all, going to any fast food restaurant is a double edged sword, you know you aren’t guaranteed good service tho it’s required when dealing with the public but you still manage to give them a shot and get something for yourself. Also they never answer their phones after a certain time so getting in touch with someone due to an error on their end is literally impossible.

Seth has the best customer service. He made sure our frozen drinks were completely filled to the top (which is the first time I’ve ever had that from a McDonald’s), he completely topped up our fries to the max, and was very nice. If there’s a manager position available, he deserves it completely.
