I do not support McDonald’s, but my sick friend unfortunately does. I am absolutely sick and tired of the management doing nothing about the piss poor attitudes. The managers are the biggest issue. Stop gossiping behind the counter, stop talking bout your customers and do your jobs. Multiple times I come through and get a “what’s your order” not “are you using the mobile app?” I’ve asked to stop having so many cups shoved at me, and your management says “we don’t have time for that” I’m the only car in the drive most of the time. The only decent person at this location is Jay. The rest are as rude as they come. Not one person said anything to the person about no longer being allowed there, but they gossiped about it through the whole staff and store. I hope Jay walks away with a job and this location gets shut down. How rude most of them are, and being in customer service- they suck at their jobs. I will no longer support this location. And I hope to see it leave this town soon.

Absolutely horrible customer service I placed an online order and showed up 10 minutes before close the order was placed 15 minutes prior to my arrival my food should have made but instead I was met with rude service the online order should be shut off if your not going to accept it .

Everytime that my fries half full and or cold I’m leaving a 1 star review, I’m getting tired of the attitude that these people give when I ask them to be filled up all the way and it’s pathetic, every single time it’s half full there will be another one star review.

I’m really about sick of this McDonald’s and won’t be going back not that any of them care. Every single time I pull up it’s not “good morning” it’s “do you have a code”? But that’s not even the worst part. Last week they charged me all separately for a hash-brown, sandwich and drink. Today they didn’t even apply my code to the order after asking for it. Handed me a cold soggy hashbrown and a HALF FULL drink with no ice. I didn’t ask for no ice? Ridiculously incompetent
