They are not using the code for the app in the Drive-Thru and telling you that they are even though you can see on the app that they didn't put it in

Worst experience I’ve had in mount pleasant save the time and go to literally any other fast food in town. Garbage and waste of a 20 min drive. Put in a mobile order at 10:10. Drive 20 minutes to find out I can’t get my food. What’s the point in the app if you don’t start making it until I get there? Then I have to wait for a refund to top it off. EVERYONE drive the extra 10 mins for mission mcdonalds !!!!!

Well I thought 🤔 what an odd place to have a golden arches smidgen out of the mount pleasant city limits off M20 all the previous restaurants in mount pleasant just passed to get here but apparently I'm wrong because I've never seen a busier McD ever indoors and drive thru cluttered with folks

Ordered online and went through the drive thru. Waited in line for about 20 mins and all the food was cold. I placed the order while waiting in line and I could have went to a restaurant and had a sit down meal faster then the drive thru.
