This place is not worth it, very rude and unprofessional, Wendy is not professional at all. She was rude on the phone and was mad about PAYING tenants using the pool with the 2 guests allowed. Very poor service

I just moved out a week ago. I stay there for around 11 months. I would say I really enjoy staying there and met lots of nice people. I want to recommend to future renters. If you have questions about anything, you guys can ask them at the office and they explain everything until we understand it clearly. Thank you so much Village at Bluegrass teams.

Ever since management changed last winter, things have been great, night and day from Greystar! The office is now run by actual adults, not just a bunch of college kids. The new maintenance crew is way better too—before, we wouldn’t even bother submitting a request unless we absolutely had to. Now they actually have a pulse and respond to things.

There’s also been much more consistent and clear communication from the office, and they do way more community events. They even brought back the pool that the old manager swore up and down was beyond repair lol.

Our 3x3 is a little smaller than 4x2 we had last year, which was around 1200sq ft i think, but it's still a ton of space.

I've had a great experience living at Village at Bluegrass! The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and come with modern amenities that make student life comfortable. The fully furnished units, in-unit washer and dryer, and private bedrooms provide both convenience and privacy.

One of the standout features is the friendly and responsive management team—any maintenance requests are handled quickly, and they always ensure that residents feel at home.

Everything about my experience with The Village at Bluegrass has been positive 😃 The apartments are spacious, the complex area is clean and well maintained, the maintenance guys are terrific and Wendy, Cassie and Kiana in the office are professional, kind and helpful 😃 I’m happy to live here 😃

Love this place, management is great and maintenance always comes quick. It’s very affordable and you get your own bedroom and bathroom!

My initial experience with The Village at Bluegrass when I moved in during 2022 was bothersome at best, and downright sketchy at worst. I could go on about the myriad of issues I experienced with them, but that wouldn't be indicative of my experience with the new management company who took over in October of 2023.

The new management team has been a pleasure to stay with, and I hold everyone in the office in high regard. They were transparent when I inquired about longstanding problems with the complex (inherited from the previous management and actively being resolved), they provided plenty of information and notice when maintenance was occurring or if there were ever any issues with the included internet service, and most of all they felt like friendly neighbors as opposed to the distant behavior of the previous management company.

I would highly suggest basing your opinion off of reviews posted after October of 2023, as any reviews prior were under the previous management team and do not reflect the current state of affairs at The Village at Bluegrass.

I know that this apartment has a bad reputation with college students, but with the new management things have really been improving! They are so sweet and helpful with any problems I have and and are always willing to answer any question I have. They are so accommodating for my pet too, and will work around me for coming for repairs!

I need apartments for myself because i am student in Center michigan university .please tell me about your rent and all things .how much cost monthly????

This is a clean complex with large apartments for the prices.
