I ordered through doordash for someone special because they were sick. I paid for a bread bowl of soup the person got a cup not even a bowl of soup. I called the store and the managers remedy was call doordash. How about look up the order and offer to make it right I don't need a refund I just wanted what I paid for.

Witnessed an employee carrying two bagels into the kitchen today up near her mouth for a reason I cannot fathom. Ordered a salad and 15 minutes later was vomiting. Ugh!!! I love Panera usually but I wonder if safety concerns are a secondary thought in a kinda-post-COVID world

Good food, good service but there was a mix up with the cookies! The Mgr was very quick to refund on the cookies, and I ordered a BLT on Tomato Basil bread and for some reason it came out with turkey on it. Maybe that's just how they do theirs.l

Good was delicious it did take a bit to get my food but it was so good! The service was ok the cashier was mostly on her phone after helping people and as people walked In.

Went inside to order food to go. The girl talking our order was not very nice. After waiting over 10 min for our food I went up to see if it was ready, it was just sitting there being skipped over. When I asked for extra mayo, because the bowl was empty, I was met with a very rude response from the girl and the manager came out and was just as rude to us telling us he'll show us where it's at. We knew where it was, it was empty. More very rude response. The food is too expensive to be treated that bad.
