Absolutely disgusting. Order the chicken salad that I always get, it was definitely tuna salad. Manager tried to argue with me about it. It was horrible. Won't be returning to this location.

Food is good, but hopefully you gave 30+ minutes to wait for your food in the drive through. Single sandwich and single drink you will wait at least 15 minutes after paying. Ive had this same experience half a dozen times here. Last visit, they didn't even make the correct sandwich. No reason to ask for a correction as I don't want to wait another 15 minutes for an egg and cheese sandwich.

Today I was in the drive through waiting to pay at the window for about 5 minutes before an older lady opened the window, said in a grumpy voice bowl of broccoli cheddar. I’m like yes. I counted my ones again I was short like $1 so I’m like shit , I told her I only have $50 and $100 only I asked in a niece voice if she can break the $50 or the $100 and she told me nope she can’t because she don’t want to go back to the office again when she already did that 3x before me. She rolled her eyes and sighed at me. I told her okey that fine I don’t need my soup then, she sighed again and like I guess I can go and see if they will break it. She sighed again I told her no that’s okey you didn’t want to do it before why now. I drove off. Will not go back unless she isn’t working there. I can’t stand when people take their bad days out on others.

I came to pick up 6 trash can cookies. They are my families favorite. Could not wait to bring them home and eat them-- got home to share them and she gave me the wrong cookies.
I am so disappointed. I should of checked because the cashier seemed soo confused.
Now I wasted money on something no one will eat.

Waited in line for 35 minutes before they even came to get my payment at the drive through window
The last 3 times I went through the drive thru I haven’t gotten credit for the drinks that I ordered and when I brought it up no one seems to UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be canceling my sip club when the promotion is over. The service is garbage!! I asked for cream in my coffee…..don’t see that…what a joke

I’m not typically someone who complains as I understand the food industry can be challenging and we all make mistakes. Especially during a busy lunch period. But I was very surprised today when I literally spent 35 minutes waiting in the drive thru for my grilled cheese and tomato soup. The soup was piping hot and delicious. The grilled cheese, however, was inedible-burnt to a crisp on the inside. It was clearly microwaved for far too long. I have included a picture for reference. It would have been nice to at least receive an apology for how long it took. Again, I’m just bringing awareness. I’m not looking for anything other than a better experience the next time I visit Panera. I will return. I don’t believe in grudges! I’m all about second chances. Thank you for reading.

Stop changing perfectly delicious recipes!! I miss the BBQ chicken flatbread...the new avo egg white sandwich is different for some reason...the strawberry poppyseed salad is missing mandarins...and the Chipotle chicken sandwich was way better on foccacia...and the old Chipotle sauce is better! So sad...I miss the old menu and recipes so much!
