Lily B. was so sweet. Papa John’s accidentally made an extra pizza for my order and gave it to me for free. She was so kind when explaining to me what happened and they added a few extra sauces for my cheese bread for the mix up :) overall I love this place and will keep going back honestly just because of how kind Lily was and how delicious the pizza is!

Becki Singer is an extremely rude employee that told me to make my pizza myself next time because I complained that my wait time was very long. I’m a doordasher that has never been treated so poorly before.

This location was absolutely terrible. I placed an order online for 2 pizzas and a cheese bread, was told a time of 10-15 minutes. I showed up at the 15 minute mark and was told 5 more minutes. After I waited another 20 minutes the young lady told me it was still in the oven and it would be about 5 more minutes. All I said was that's what you told me 20 minutes ago. Then she replied with "well you were bumped" I asked how my pizza is in the oven (according to her previously)? After 45 total minutes I finally got my order and guess what it was cold. Definitely a location that needs to be closed if that's how they do business. Pathetic.

Clean and well decorated atmosphere, high quality and delicious food (especially if you come close to opening), great service and friendly employees. My only complaint is that the "spicy" items on the menu are NOWHERE near spicy.
This was unfortunate I usually love papa John's. It was one of my final nights in town for a while. Placed an order for Tuscan 6 cheese sticks told 20 min. Arrived after that sticks weren't even started due to a large order. But the sticks so sad. I'm mad I paid 13 dollars plus a tip for them. Cheese doesn't even go to the edge and well the photo speaks for intself.nvm i can't lol

Honestly I've never had an issue with this Pizza place. Dont get little Caesars. Papa John's is much better in my opinion. The service is top notch and they are very friendly and fast. Have not messed my order up yet. Pizza and breadsticks, and just about anything is great. This is our new favorite Pizza place.
