Miss up my order. Try to get a hold of the store to get my order place right. Customer service keeps giving me the run around. Saying we will transfer you to the store. The next person answer and says we will transfer you to the store. Just a repeat of the same thing. Will not order from them again. Horrible services. Nothing nice to say about pizza hutt. No wonder why pizza hutt goes out of business.

Ladies here are very sweet and friendly. In & out within 10-15 minutes. Got the triple treat box that comes with 2 medium pizzas/garlic bread and choclate chip cookie,but you can upgrade the garlic bread for cheesy garlic bread for an additional $2.00

Employee's were Very uncooperative in addressing that they had no delivery driver and I was charged a Large fee for Doordash and don't even have an account and have never used Doordash. Still waiting to be compensated or reembersed. Incredibley disappointed. I want a full refund.

I spent over an hour on hold then kept trying to call they got my order wrong and they won't answer the phone didn't even want to deliver it after seeing where it was I lived they drove back to the store with my order and now I still can't get ahold of anyone

They keep forgetting the pesto sauce on the margherita pizza, had door dash deliver the pizza with this receipt. No pasta? It was ordered and paid for...umm what? Door dash driver had no idea what was going on. Called Pizza Hut store, immediately redirects you to 800 customer service number. They say they are connecting you to the store and you just stay on hold, no one answers. Won't be coming back here, quality, value and service do not exist at this company.

I can usually count on the hut for consistency and usually don't have complaints. However, our last purchase here was a little disappointing. 1st pizza and cheesy bacon breadsticks were good, 2nd pizza I chose the spicy marinara sauce with my usual toppings.. Can't tell you if the sauce was good, there was barely any on it. Driest pie I've had in a while.

Normally I don’t have a problem here, the staff are all really nice and the food is always fresh and good quality. But last few times I’ve ordered I feel like the amount of fries I’ve gotten has been halved from what they used to be? I feel like for over $4 an order I should get more than a small handful. The $6.99 box I can forgive having less, it’s a deal. It won’t stop me from ordering from Pizza Hut, but I’ll probably not order fries anymore.

Went and got the new triple dipper pizza. I am not impressed at all. The pizza was so thin it was floppy. Then when you got to the end where the cheese knots were it was hard and crispy. Like a potato chip crisp. There was hardly any cheese what so ever on the pizza or in the bread knots. Hardly any sauce on the pizza. Plenty of toppings though. I was so excited to get this pizza but was really let down by how it came out.
