We wanted to try the newest Pizza Hut in town. Walked in to order and literally stood at the counter while three different employees walked around. NOT once were we acknowledged standing there. I can understand being busy but not even a "we will be right with you." As a former service industry worker that is awful service. The delivery driver, the young women and some one guy with a black earpiece looked like a Manger those three need customer training. Very disappointed. We walked out and walked down to Jets where we were quickly acknowledged when we walked in the door.

Walked to the store from campus and they had a pest/rat catching box holding their back door open, and the employees were out front smoking when i got there. Do not recommend. Was excited to have one back in town until that.

I ordered a large stuffed crust plain cheese pizza with extra cheese and the whole pizza was very over cooked and hard to chew. The last couple of times I’ve gotten pizza here it’s been like that and as someone who was really excited for pizza hut to come back to mt pleasant, I don’t think I want to continue spending money here. I get new stores need time to adjust but it’s been several months now and the quality is still the same - subpar. Disappointed to say the least.
