Get rid of "PEGGY" she was our server and all she wanted to do was get up in people's faces and accuse people of stealing from the buffet that we paid for... đ I understand that you guys are short-staffed and you need all the help you have and what you can get the promise me something when you guys have different staff and more staff to where you can get rid of a few people put Peggy on top of your list and get rid of her until then keep using her because we know you got to have a body in that spot but once you guys get enough employees get rid of her please she's doing nothing but hurting your guys's business thank you God bless you guys and have a wonderful day

This was once my favorite restaurant in town for a quick dinner. Since the new owners took this place over itâs gone down hill drastically. The place is absolutely filthy, floors dirty and sticky, tables dirty, buffet has the exact same generic junk everyday⊠I just left the restaurant to use the bathroom as the menâs room was disgusting. I will never be back to the location again.

Went on Father's day and the place was busy. But our server did an excellent job of keeping our drinks full. The steaks came out cooked to order and the buffet bar was constantly stocked. Well done Ponderosa

Was not impressed here.. walked in and everything looked as if it had been sitting for hours. We got here at noon! Selection was small and limited. Food did not look appealing or taste good for what we did have. Tables and floors were disgusting! As well as the bathrooms!
Definitely NOT the ponderosa I remember as a kid! đ„ Don't plan on coming back to this location again.

We ordered two buffets and the food was cold. Bins were empty or very bits of food in them. The waitress brought our drinks and never came. We were excited to eat at your establishment because it has been yrs. since we have been to a Ponderosa, but ended up to be a big disappointment.

Now to start this, i went in thinking it was like the old ponderosa inside and was sadly mistaken. The place wasnât super busy (7pm) and the cashier belched within 30 seconds of taking our order, he then made chitchat about how much he didnât want to be there. We sat ourselves down on the right, by the salad bar. Now I could see the place didnât look well staffed, but our server came to our table twice in our visit and only refilled 2/5 drinks we had empty through our entire meal. The buffet was limited to mainly chicken/fish, meatloaf and sides. The mashed potatoes tasted like they were made with a musty dish water, the âfriedâ chicken was raw and full of juice and bright red blood. and the most edible item, the wings, were 90% breading and skin. The plates had food residue stuck on them (even the ones just placed) and the serving utensils under the headlamps were too hot to touch limiting the options even more! Highly disappointing when you remember what ponderosa used to be. The servers for other tables and ours I could overhear complaining about management not doing this and that, yet here sat half a table of plates stacked to the side that never got glanced at. Overall the quality was awful, the service was awful, the atmosphere wasnât bad, but putting everything together made me feel like I spent $79 on the worst dining experience, except I didnât intend too. I wanted to enjoy my dinner and enjoy a place that held so many memories from my life growing up. Too bad this place isnât that anymore. Itâs not even trying to front like a decent place. Just all around disappointing and overpriced for what few options you get.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking up by building with accessibility ramps, inside layout is also wheelchair friendly with many tables to choose from.

One of the best Ponderosa's I have ever been to. Very clean seating areas. Salad bar was very ,very fresh vegetables. We had beef medallions with baked potatoes. Fully loaded. Excellent!! You can also go to the all you can eat as well . Fried fresh shrimp and chicken. Free soda included.Plenty of seating and there are private booths. Had broccoli cheese soup which was hot and very well made. The soup had a real creamy potato base. Real broccoli. Steaks were smooth like butter. Plenty of food. Easy to take family members who are wheelchair bound. Great environment to bring small children. Plenty of desserts with ice cream. Staff is very nice and patient.
Vegetarian options: Loads of vegetables in salad bar and they were some of the freshest vegetables.I was very impressed with the freshness of the salad bar.
Parking: Plenty of free parking
Kid-friendliness: Very easy to bring kids with plenty of options
