Horrible service, employees were hard to understand and barely spoke English!! I waited 20 minutes for a 4 piece all dark when they said it would only be a 5 minute wait. Once employee ran the order out they stated that it was never even made because it’s too hard to communicate to the cook. This place has truly went down hill since the new management has came in. I truly miss how amazing this place used to be.

Parking: Parking lot was trashed. Garbage cans were stuffed with trash seeping on the sides.

Kid-friendliness: Not friendly.

Went thru the drive thru, on 3/21/2025 at 6:30 PM person taking the order talked so fast and in broken English that I could not under stand what she was saying, Needless to say we got cold food cold fries would not recommend this establishment under any circumstances. Eat at your own risk.

Popeyes has some good chicken sandwhiches and shrimp. I usually get creole seafood when I go there and I enjoy it. They have never gotten my order wrong

I was told to pull forward to wait for my food...sat for 30 min waiting and saw 4 cars leave drive through since. No communication as to why I'm still sitting here waiting.

Wow. I’m Lost for words. I requested no thighs and extra honey. I received 4 thighs and no honey. Chicken was so old and crunchy I could not eat it. Plus I was informed they had no $1 bills or change so if I wanted the meal they could not give me my change. So I paid extra for food I could not eat. The flour was not sifted I’m sure, never!!! the lumps were so big you could not bite through the crust.

The rice was dry and cold.

I walked inside it was a sauna. Too hot, probably 85 degrees hot. Worst fries I have ever had, only ate two then I couldn’t. Very average chicken tenders. When I got the water, the machine got stuck and water kept coming out. Couldn’t stop it and had to let them know, twice.

People are friendly.... But yeah food is bad my order was cold and all I got was fries and a 3 piece with mash potatoes and they put like no gravy no point in spending money at fast food anymore when you get nothing you pay for

Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicap parking spots, designated ramps up to the store, designated tables that are handicap accessible and a handicap stall in the bathroom!

Service was fine and all, but $16.00 total for a 3 chicken tender meal is exorbitant. The chicken was bland, coleslaw overly sweet, and the "cajun" fries were not particularly Cajun. Pretty disappointing, but it explains why no one is ever in the parking lot.
