I've ate at many Qdoba's and always ask if my burrito can be heated up in the quesadilla press, every location I've ever been at has been accommodating except this location. Cashier TM1061 at 12:43 pm, order 10061 informed that their location does not allow this, their store policy.

They got low on the veggies so then the skimpy on the portions. Tell your staff to keep the veggies stocked. Also low on beans. So not sure why they did not keep up on that. Been to many other Qdoba and they are on top of it.

I went in today and ordered 2 rice bowls with my fiancé, I am so unpleased I wish I could give 0 starts in order to write a review. Employee #TM1142 on drawer #1 completly ruined our experience as a customer. We followed the instructions on the screen to scan the QR code and get free chips and dip, we told her we had a code to scan, and we paid. I mentioned that we still didn't get our chips and queso and she refused our service, even though we still had the code up as well. She had got the managers attention and he even said that we couldn't get our items, foul customer service!! They should both lose their jobs. My bowl was stuffed well but my fiance even when asking for extra was still more than half way less than what I had in my bowl. No silverware were provided either! I asked for a cup of lettuce, they forgot to grab that and I asked about it... Got back to put the lettuce on and it was enough for a rabbit to take 3 bites... Pathetic!! The food was terrible!! Everything was bland, the peppers were under cooked... And under cut, the food and service were just terrible I'll stick to chipotle; Qdoba has fully lost my service! (Also may I had the code for the free chips and queso were on my receipt when I had left... But alright :)

This is our favorite restaurant to go to! The staff is so nice and friendly. We come so much that now they know our order. The food is always so delicious as well! 10/10 highly recommend!
