Drove over an hour to mt. pleasant to get rally’s, screwed up both of my burgers, olive burger was just a plain burger with stuff on it I won’t eat, tomato, mustard. Mushroom burger was the same, how are you going to fix this? Spent over $30.00, got fries for dinner. Didn’t find out until over 1/2?way home fries were warm, so you got the 1star…

Thought we'd use the walk up window, it was locked,they wouldn't even acknowledge us,went back to the car,there was a semi truck blocking the only exit luckily he was getting ready to leave so we had to wait for him to pull out,couldn't go through the entrance because there were too many cars blocking it in line.
Parking: Need a wider entrance not one just for ordering then let your delivery's block the exit because they're to lazy to walk.
