I am up all night and have my two nephews on Sunday’s with nobody able to watch for pick up. i also have a childlike taste buds so i don’t like mustard or onion both of whom are on the coney dogs. When i get it through the drive-thru 10/10 when i have to order from home (again 2 small kiddos) its a 0/10. I enter it right it says it’s right on the receipt but once the food comes boom everything on it. This is every time and I know it’s a small problem and to have and I’m in the minority. Just frustrating to have happen everytime

Placed an online order and got a few things in the drive thru. completely understaffed had a rush and took half an hour for one of our orders that was wrong (missing items and the wrong items). Got the online order and some of the other order mixed in with each other both missing items. 20 minutes later got a partial of the rest of our order and left without all our food bc we were irritated.

Seriously need to get there crap together. The manager on duty tonight was a complete jerk. The employee has no customer service skills at all. Had me wait 20 minutes for fresh fries but when i got my food the fries were ice cold

Best drive thru burgers. Where else can you get a real double cheese burger with amazing seasoned ff and a drink for 5 bucks!!

Rallys website advertises the size of their large shakes as 32 oz yet this location sent out a 16 oz shake as a large for the same price as the large would be at a different location.

I ordered a burger and asked for ONLY mayo mustard and pickles and then was asked “so no ketchup” i asked for ONLY mayo mustard and pickles then i continued with my order and when i got home opened up my burger and it had onions all over it and no mayo just onion mustard and pickle but that i can live with i took a bite out the burger and big long hair got stuck in my tooth and that’s when i had enough i threw it away and luckily i still had fries and a chicken bite box

Service was fine/normal pleasent, but this was absolutely the worst tasting food we have ever got from any checkers/rallys... We like Checkers food but everything we got here was borderline inedible. The half pack of fries we got were fine but only half filled.
