The food was good.The reason I gave such a low rating was because of the service. Our server NEVER offered to refill our drinks, I had to remind him about part of my order, but he sure was quick to get the bill taken care of. It's not like we were there on a Friday or Saturday night. We were there for lunch on a Friday afternoon. There wasn't a lot of customers. Just was disappointing because it was my mom's 70th birthday (which I did make our server aware of).

Stopped in on 3/7/24 for a late dinner around 8pm. The place was moderately busy but we were placed at a table immediately and put our orders in. Food came out in a reasonable time but we had to wait for fresh biscuits, which is fine with me. Everything was hot, fresh, and good. All the shrimp, sides, and fish were made right.The Flounder is always one of my favorites and the cook knew their assignment because it came out perfect. Been to this location only a few times but the quality of food & consistency of service is always good compared to other locations I've visited, such as Grand Rapids. I believe this location keeps the right staff that makes going out to eat enjoyable instead of disappointing.
OK I’m here at red lobster my favorite place on Friday. Chris is sitting here with me. He’s the manager he’s the nicest guy around Julie is my favorite of all of my favorites and who’s cooking and Patrick is a great chef come here and have a great meal and meet a bunch of very nice people.

Went for my birthday while traveling.Slow service, obviously short staffed, but order was not accurate at all...had ordered caesar salad no croutons, yet received Cole slaw with main entree all at same time. Main entree was incorrect as well and asked for a straw so many times that it became a joke each time waitress came to the table without one. Had a promo for a b'day dessert and waitress said I had to use table kiosk to redeem. Kiosk wouldn't let me log into my account so had to wait for a manager to 'ok' the message on my phone. Also tried to use table kiosk to pay, which wouldn't read the chip, yet wouldn't allow me to swipe either.A very frustrating Birthday meal
The waitress was so scattered. The manager and waitress walked by our dirty plates on the table so many time and talk to us and never cleared them. Had to ask 4!times for ranch and 5 times for a refill. But the party behind us were waited on hand and foot. I haven’t been here in a long time and now I remember why. Very disappointed.

It was Valentine's Evening (the biggest night for most restaurants)and instead of reserving a table, we ordered for pick-up. We were in town on a "staycation" / holiday / break from caretaking a loved one with Alzheimer's. But, I'm SO GLAD WE DID take- out! The inside had a line out the door! Everyone must know this place ROCKS their seafood! Our pickup, on the app, was very straightforward and smooth. It took about 10 mins, but was quiet funny just "people watching" [on Valentine's Day] while we waited ?. We got back to our hotel, about 7 mins away. Our food was still very warm. Both lobster tails were AMAZING and the sides, bacon Mac & Cheese plus the loaded baked potato with the trimmings on the side, was PERFECT! We did only get 2 cheddar bay buscuits, but we were so full, we couldn't have eaten them anyway??♀️. We shared one lobster lovers dinner, and it was enough for us both. I added a 1/2 lb of snow crab legs to the dish, so that made even better on the whole thing! It was just enough for both of us! We definitely enjoyed our Red Lobster, at our hotel, in our "in room Jacuzzi" ? We'll definitely do this again! ? Lobster Lovers! Crab Legs too ?!
My husband and I went for a date night on Monday 2/19 and had a wonderful experience. Our server Maddy was very pleasant and extremely helpful with suggestions of drinks and food. My husband got lobster and shrimp flatbread pizza and I got the Salmon New Orleans. Ryan was our chef and prepared each of our orders to perfection. The manager Megan came to speak to us and we passed on our wonderful experience to her and thanked her for her wonderful wait staff and cooks. Mt. Pleasant Red Lobster is a great place for seafood!

Picked the wrong day to go on valentines day. Waited over an hour and a half. Had a disagreement with front staff. Spoke to manager in training then her manager. I must say all was handled with dignity. Ended up having a great dinner. I wish I remembered manager in training name. If she reads this I wish her much success!

Love this during lobsterfest. Not an inexpensive place, but the only place to get lobster near me. I always look forward to cheddar bay biscuits and calamari too!
