Ruth's Chris Steak House

My chicken ( sandwich ) was overcooked. This is the 3rd time in the past 3 months. I don't understand why this continues to happen especially when the portion of the chicken is so small! Cheesecake was very good, very freshly made.

It's Ruths what more need said? Quality food professionally prepared and served with a smile. Everyone enjoys the experience with the exception of your wallet!

Steak was overcooked was taken back new one was made girlfriend was done eat when I got mine steak and it was an undercooked but I ate it because I was not waiting any longer!!! Our waitress was amazing and did everything she could to make things right with us as I waited

Outstanding meal and great service. My wife and I enjoy the Ruth's Chris in the Soaring Eagle more than any of the others we've eaten at. Keep it up.

The manager on duty was very hands on. Great at directing the staff and being there to support them. Ashley the bartender was Awesome!

Food was up to our previous standards at Ruth's Chris. Eaten at various locations across US and Mt pleasant was very good. Our waitress Diane was outstanding. It wasn't a terribly busy Monday night so we had an opportunity to chat with her. Very personable and did a wonderful job checking on us timely. A good experience.

My significant made reservations to celebrate my birthday on September 10. The food and drinks were amazing as was our server Beth. Upon arrival we got a VERY dry “ how can l help you? from Megan, as she seated us and we requested to sit somewhere else she appeared to irritated, of which l felt was unprofessional. We spent nearly $500.00 and other than our experience with Megan our experience was nice.

Always a wonderful meal and drinks. Enjoyed filet and lobster perfectly cooked. Wonderful service and great dessert.

We normally always have Helen, she is amazing, but this time we had Chris and again so wonderful!! Great service ever time and Great food !!

Everything from the moment we walked in was perfect. We were celebrating my son's birthday and we had the most amazing food and service.

After a long drive to Soaring Eagle, our dining experience was perfect! The food is worth every penny, sizzling on table with beautiful presentation & melt in your mouth steaks. 😋🍴
The atmosphere was elegant and cozy. The lighting was soft and the open windows made everything sparkle. The service was impeccable! Our waitress, Alex was knowledgeable of the menu, attentive, and personable!
Favorites:
Espresso Martini - Probably the best I have ever had (complements to the bartender) 😁👏 It was rich & smooth with a balanced blend of vodka, coffee, & a frothy top!
French Onion - Harmonious balance of flavors and textures, falling apart with every spoonful.
Lobster Mac & Cheese - A must try (enough to feed 3 people as a side or Appetizer). The Mac & Cheese was rich & velvety with tender chunks of lobster on top.
Filet & Ribeye - Both were melt in your mouth tender, perfect medium rare temp, & luxurious rich satisfying flavor.
Seasonal Carrot Cake - No nut, aromatic blend of carrot & cinnamon. The cream cheese frosting perfectly complimented the moist, fluffy texture of the cake.

Not our first visit, the entree was good but later in the evening all of us (party of 4, we all had the same entree, fillet and shrimp) we all experienced what I refer to as the fire hose effect, very thirsty for hours afterwards, believe the shrimp was over seasoned, disappointed.

Nitsiniiyi'taki - I thank you to Restaurant Manager, Rondo Sanders and his team (Vanessa, Tim, Kat, and David) who provided me with such a great experience while working in Mount Pleasant, Michigan this past week (Sept. 15-18th). In fact, the food, service, and atmosphere (including company with folks I met such as Shirley and Bob, Penny and Jeff, and Casey) was so great that I actually ate here 3 nights in a row! Top food choices: steak, their special fall butternut squash, and mashed sweet potatoes with pecan crumble. Oh, and zuchinni fries (extra crispy)! Top drink choices: dirty martini, expresso martini, blueberry mojito. If you are alone--don't be afraid to sit at the bar and make friends! And when you are done eating/drinking, sit out the patio and/or take a walk around the pond! Enjoy!

The length of time it took to get served was ridiculous and effected the rest of our evading , very disappointing
