I HAVE been going to the Subway on 2nd Street for 8-10 months...While MY husband was in A Rehab for 8 months I went 2-3 X A week..I loved it and was very satisfied...Recently, due to staff changes , probably A month to 6 weeks ago... I went tonight again and ordered 2 12 inch subs for my husband and myself...Both were American clubs...I ordered double meat and cheese besides what they normally have on them...When I got home and we had supper, I WAS totally shocked to find that I did not even have what normally they put on them let alone ADDED DOUBLE MEAT AND CHEESE!!! I have never been unhappy with my subs all these months until tonight..I had paid extra money for the added meat and cheese!! I AM VERY upset over this after being a good customer...

This is my go to subway station. Staff always has my order done and ready to go when I arrive. The store is clean and staff are friendly. The food is great.

This subway is horrible, I do not recommend wasting your money here. They will serve you old brown vegetables because they said "they have to use them up". The tuna didn't taste like tuna, it was old and chunky, disgusting! They didn't put the oil and vinegar on that I asked for. They overcharged my order. When I went back to ask for my money back, they gave me a refund to my bank card, but not the amount I used from my gift card, so basically they stole that money from me. I asked 3 times for the manager to return my call and still have not had a call back. The girls that work there have no clue how to work a sandwich shop, they might as well stay home, they are useless to answer questions, or help or prepare your food safely or even edible. I'm still waiting for that call back manager Monica, since you have stolen money from me, I want it back.

Ordered from this subway about 6 times...always ordered it toasted but never get it toasted! Don't worry, the Subway near Target will also lie to your face and say your order was toasted so that you can drive away with a very untoasted, very cold SUB!

I've been get a chicken bacon ranch for years to day to get the chicken I want he said there a 2 dollar up grade but last week there wasn't he said they put the rotisserie chicken on them now

They don't put as much toppings on as they used to. They put the bare minimum of veggies on. 4 pickles, 6 olives, just a sprinkle of lettuce. It's just mostly bread you eat, with 4 thin slices of lunch meat.

They're open sign is never on, so you never actually know if their open or not. You never know what their actual hours, when with the one posted in the window, I showed up around 7:30 and sure enough their sign was off and they were cleaning and counting the draw to close. Its a good thing there is two other subways in town that actually show when they're open.

We used to get the same options with very little changes. Now, we have to try all of the new menu items. ?

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are endless.

Parking: There are only six spots and 1 is accessible. (Which is not wide enough) There is hardly any space to back out of spot without hitting another vehicle.

Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are too heavy to be accessible. If you can't get in, you cant purchase anything. Also, the counters are too tall.

Dietary restrictions: You choose your own topping and bead options.
