Order my food. they asked “what???” and had me repeat it multiple times. so i did. then i get to the window and pay they give me my food and i have MULTIPLE things missing. they take my bag of food back and unwrap it which i beleive you CANT do. then tell me i have to go the back of the line to re order my food that THEY forgot. then they look at me like im stupid and dumb and like i’ve done something wrong when they are the ones who forgot my food. just astonished right now. do better because WOW

They have some new items so I stopped in. Got the 'new beefy nachos...nit much different from nacho bell grande except you can add some d I fervent toppings. Almost no beef, a LOT of small broken bottom of the bag chips. I did not get the Mexican salsa I requested. What was good? Strawberry/lime freeze was tasty.

If you’re thinking about ordering food from this location, just drive five minutes to the Pickard St one. I've heard stories about how the food is at this location but I honestly hadn’t received anything inedible until tonight. I ordered a cantina chicken burrito and received the crispy chicken avocado burrito. This wouldn’t have been an issue for me; however, the tender is very badly burnt. I wouldn’t even consider it food. I won't return to this location for a while. Hopefully they find a reliable, trainable staff! :)

The service at this Taco Bell is horrible. I go through the drive thru about once a week and order either a couple tacos or a quesadilla and some chips and cheese with a couple hot sauces. Pretty simple right? Three quarters of the time they forget the sauce. Sometimes you get cheese and no chips. Sometimes vice versa. They never give you napkins… To eat TACO BELL!!! Tonight I got a bag of crushed up chips, no sauce, no napkins. I go through there late at night with few or no people in line so there’s no excuse for this kind of service. Obviously the crew doesn’t care a bit about customer service at all. This Taco Bell is a joke.
