Rock hard chicken strips, some of them didn't have any chicken in them they were just fried bits. Had to wait like 15 min for my drink cup and when I asked about it I was not treated well. If your looking for a fast food option in Mt pleasant go somewhere else. This place sucks.

I am not going to come back to this location when im in mt pleasant, portion sizes are ridiculously disappointing and a waste of my money paying for what I paid for. I ordered a nacho belgrande with extra meat and cheese, so why did I get next to no meat or cheese and a whole lot of chips? Almost $10 later for that one item and it wasn't worth it. I absolutely love Taco Bell, i order quite often. Taco bell will still get my business aside from this specific location. Its not the first or second time ive ordered here and got next to nothing for meats. Thats... kind of important on a Taco dont you think ? I agree with one of the other reviews, go to the Pickard location instead. Im going to from now on especially if im paying over $20 for my order. I know nowhere is perfect but at least give me what I paid for! Its not hard.

I would recommend the food quality is consistent and the staff seem friendly. Not much else to say besides that it's a good Taco Bell.
Terrible. Didn't listen to my order, charged me 65cents for a quarter cup of sauce. Didn't get my jalapeños and smashed my nachos on the box lid. Acted like I was the problem, because they didn't listen

Order my food. they asked “what???” and had me repeat it multiple times. so i did. then i get to the window and pay they give me my food and i have MULTIPLE things missing. they take my bag of food back and unwrap it which i beleive you CANT do. then tell me i have to go the back of the line to re order my food that THEY forgot. then they look at me like im stupid and dumb and like i’ve done something wrong when they are the ones who forgot my food. just astonished right now. do better because WOW
