Handed me someone’s order. I pulled out and pulled back around, told them they gave me the wrong order. First girl says we can’t take it back. Manager speaks up. Yes, we can. Then she proceeds to give it to the person who originally ordered it at the counter. Smh

We will never come here again. Food thankfully was fine. Building was disgusting and filthy. It was not even 11 am when we came for food, open NOT EVEN 2 hrs. All but ONE table was dirty. Trash, crumbs and stuff all over the floors. Rugs full of dirt and debris , clearly not recently vacuumed. The drink fountain looks as though its growing mold. There were sauce packets, pieces of potato in the drain in front of the drink fountain. Again, dirt debris trash under the drink station. We were the only ones when we arrived, no reason things couldn't be cleaned up. Had I realized how gross and dirty this place was I would never have ordered here.

Drive through quick, but nachos were the worse ever- how do you forget the cheese on nachos????? Plus when did it become okay to serve the crumbs at the bottom of the bag as nachos???? Extremely disappointing, after working 12 hrs I just wanted to have some nachos for dinner. Instead I paid way too much for tortilla chip crumbs with no cheese. I guess this is why I don’t eat out much anymore - pay way too much for lousy food ☹️

Just got done with a LONNGGGG drive. Really wanted some TB, Noon and I haven’t eaten. I order my yummy Doritos Loco taco at the kiosk. THEY GIVE IT TO ME CRACKED. Can’t even eat the thing, no damn point it all just fell apart. Didn’t give my friend her jalapeños she payed 70 cents for. What’s next? BARELY season my other friends nacho fries. THENN my friend orders a chicken quesadilla. WHAT DID THEY GIVE HER??? A CHEESE QUESADILLA. DO BETTER.

I usually don't have any issues but I ordered a the 5 piece chicken nuggets those came out fine . When I ordered nacho fries is when I was thoroughly disappointed, if they were out of the ingredients I asked for they could have just said so and refunded my order . The thing is already 8 bucks and they missed every single topping but the meat and cheese , I added pico swapped out the cheese for a spicy one and added extra vegetables everything that goes on it . There were no jalapeños pico tomatoes lettuce nothing and I paid for it . 😉 paid for what I never received and I didn't even notice until I drove home already. 🙃 it's simple just say you can't make it and cancel it outright

Just about everything is fabulous at 🌮 🔔 I especially love their marketing I must say I hate the order kiosk which made everyone do it now sure I can do it not to difficult but makes the staff lazier I realize that's going no where but I still don't have to like it.
