Wonderful meal!! The bartenders were a little bit quirky.. dude didn't know who the N.W.O was but oh well. They ordered me the wrong steak but it was terrific and I got it cheap because of the mistake. Overall a wonderful experience and I will be back

Well this brand is a well known chain and are pretty consistent across the board. The food was decent, the waitress was nice, however the hostess stand was a nightmare. For the love of God IDK why restaurants continue to allow teenagers run their hostess stand. They make up possible seating times, and can’t keep track of who is truly next to be seated. It was a huge disappointment and let down; managers or more employees workers need to monitor and assist at the hostess’s stand.

Pretty good steaks and I've had them a number of times. Nothing life changing but good consistently. Service is pretty good for college kids. Wait times can be a little long but using the app to get on the wait-list can help. To go orders are amazing and only a little more than fast food.

This is the first bad experience we have had here. The food was ok but was cold and not cooked the way we ordered it. We got a bacon cheese burger that came without bacon,my steak was medium rare when I ordered medium, my wife ordered a loaded baked potato and all it came with was sour cream. There is more but you get the jist of it. This dinner was 200 dollars and im not impressed. The person that ate the bacon cheese burger puked all over when we got home.

My family and I came here for dinner yesterday. Our experience was awful. I get they were super busy, but that's no excuse. We had 3 dirty plates, 2 dirty glasses and silverware. My son's hotdog bun was hard. Our waitress checked on us ONE time. I requested a manager and was told no pretty much, that it'd be awhile. Let's not forget the cleanliness of the bathrooms, those were awful! I will not return to this location again.

It was date night, only seen our server (serenity) twice, once when asked us what to drink and the second time was taking our order, never checked up on us when food came out, no refills, boyfriends steak came out not the way he asked, was going to ask for A1 sauce but she wasn’t nowhere to be seen instead asked a different server for some A1 just to turn around. next time we will be asking for Ashlynn.
