Food was fantastic and they made sure my allergies were taken seriously. I ordered a mango margarita with Tajin and chili lime salt, they brought it out entirely plain and rimmed with sugar instead. They didn't offer a different drink or anything and simply said we're out of those seasonings.. anyone who works in customer service and or food service knows you always let the customer know and offer a replacement if they want it. Building was way too packed (our mistake for going on a sunday) but they and extra tables added on to booths which left no room to get thru. Will probably go back for the food but hopefully the service is better next time.

We love this place went there last night though and had a gentleman wait on us who wasn’t really motivated to giving us a great date night! There was a lady in a diff section that went out of her way to get us sour cream and even served our food. I’ve never had bad service here but this guy didn’t even seem to want us to order desert he was trying to get us out the door. We were sharing a desert and I had to wait 5 min for him to bring an extra spoon, we weren’t offered rolls it was more get in and get out. The manager came by but we were trying to cut the guy some slack, but looking back on it today I was really disappointed like I said this is our FAVORITE PLACE TO EAT!!

They didn't send all the meal that was paid for , I had to drive a total of 60 miles (15×4 miles) then then you go man I talked was rude n hung up on me to boot!!! I've never had such trouble with this restaurant before!!

Fort worth ribeye was the worst steak I have ever had. Hormel chili, really? The service was excellent, as was the rest of the meal my guest had. Need better quality cuts for a $28 steak.

We were a party of 7 and the waiter Logan seemed annoyed with us when we asked for more dinner rolls.he was happy when we were leaving!! Not sure if I will be back there! It was Sunday and it was busy not our problem!!

Shocked. Have to use handicap bathroom. Had to wait for employee to come out. She was covered in flour, barely used water to clean hands. In handicapped toilet, she peed all over seat and floor in front. I can't use lower toilet. Only roll makers are that floury. I will never eat rolls again from here.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very poor. Handicap stall had pee on seat floor not flush well. Only can transfer on one side
Food and service sucked. Had to ask for everything we needed...ribs were charred and dry...wife's steak well instead of medium rare. In all fairness..they offered to replace both...time was of essence. Just a heads up if you're planning on visiting.

I always go back and forth on whether I like Texas Roadhouse or not. The food does always seem to come out fresh and hot, and that's so important. Steaks are really good. But the atmosphere is a bit too loud for us, and the dancing by the waiters definitely need to go! My kids call it the dumb dumb dance place 😂 Buuuuuut...... they do have really good food, and if you're up for it, it's a good place to eat.
