I have tried 4 times, and I don't really understand what all the fuss is about. Apart from the rolls... All the other food we've tried has not been very good. Out of the 4 times we went, we only had pleasant service one of the visits, unfortunately.

I wish I could give our server from Saturday a higher score. I was having a low blood sugar when we got in and asked if I could get a glass of orange juice immediately and why. She dashed off and came right back with it even as bust as they were. She didn't stop there she asked multiple times if I was ok until I reassured her I was fine. Food was great as well, but her caring attitude is what stood out the most. Her name was Shawnnah.

Asked wait staff and greeter to please turn down the music. It was louder than a rock concert. You had to yell at the person sitting across from you. The wait staff couldn't hear to take our order and commented that it was too loud. A birthday celebration was ruined because the music was not turned down. Probably will not be returning.

Three issues swayed me away from giving 5 stars this time. First the cleanliness under our table when we were seated. Second- the marshmallow on top of the sweet potato was incredibly charred. Last- the chicken was a little too pink and rubbery for me. That being said: my husband loved his pulled pork, and we also tried sirloin, a few sides (salad) and rolls and all were phenomenal.
It use to be great deals and you never went home hungry ! But now you pay large prices and don't get good portions, all these restaurants don't appreciate the customers, the money is more important!
