Last week when I pulled up in the driveway. they were serving no breakfast or sandwiches, only drinks and bagels. This drive thru has no exit once you're at the speaker, unless you're lucky enough to have no one behind you and willing to back out of the drive at your own peril. Today I stopped and they were serving only Drinks and Timbits. Both times the problem was short staffing. Both times the staff there were very polite and professional, in spite of Things don't seem to be getting better. These fast-food restaurants are engaging in capitalistic endeavors, competitively. Their businesses are suffering, in reputation, if not financially. When will they learn that they're competing for employees as much as anything else and until they pay their employees more than their local competitors they will continue to decline; suffering blows to their reputation, food availability, food quality, profits and their ability to continue to do business in their current locations? Ask Popeye's in Mt Pleasant how it's all been working out for them, for instance!

The employees they have at this location right now are very nice. Yes, the lobby closed and it's mainly drive thru, but if you're short staffed drastically, I totally understand. My coffee always tastes amazing and the donuts are fresh.I'd cut them some slack considering this location literally has only 3 workers. Where as the Pickard location has 10, with considering the Manager runs both stores, so where's the even-ness in that? No wonder the Pickard Store has better business..

After visiting the other location and them being out of everything we wanted, we drove to Mount Pleasants 2nd location. Service was fantastic. Food was hot and fresh. I couldn't ask for a better breakfast! 5Stars!!! GREAT JOB

I NEVER write reviews on google for good orbad experiences but I felt my experience at this Tim Hortons this morning was horrendous. They have been open for over an hour with no croissants ready, I ordered two vanilla cremes and a apple fritter and received two christmas tree boston cremes. I went up to the lobby door (which was locked) and the lady said I had to wait in the drive thru line again for them to fix my order. When we finally got to the speaker she told us we were given the correct thing and tried to just get us to leave. (I already tore it in half and it had the custard filling) and I told her that they were in fact wrong and she finally told us to pull up to the window to have it replaced. We then get to the window and are told they did not make any vanilla cremes today and we will have to wait for them to make some. I have worked in many fast food restaurants so I can understand not having everything ready when you first open, but this was ridiculous they had nothing ready and I wasn’t told about them not having anything I ordered until AFTER I had paid and pulled up to the window. I had to substitute my entire meal. This is probably the fourth time i’ve had a bad experience at this location and I hope they can pull it together before they go out of business.

They are supposed to serve food and every other time I go they are deciding to not serve food. At least put signs up or just stop serving food all together. Or if they aren’t capable of running the store than it should close. Disappointed that this location is also right in town on mission. I hope they close this location and open a better store.

The coffee at this branch tastes funky. I wonder what’s going on behind the counters.Please avoid this store. (How could one mess up coffee) very suspicious…

Why are they the only restaurant in Mt. Pleasant without their lobby open? There have been so many times I wanted a donut or a drink or such, but would either need to drive across the parking lot from my apartment to wait in the drive thru line or wait upwards to 30 minutes for delivery right behind the restaurant. I can’t imagine how much business they are missing out on with not opening the lobby.

Placed a online order at 2pm and nobody was there. No sign of them being closed. Waste of time and money, they need to update when they are closed.Dietary restrictions: They didn't give me my food

I ordered on app for pickup around 8:39am on 10-21-22. The doors are closed and the employees asked us to come from drive thru. We didn’t have car, so we walked in drive thru and came to the window. It was so cold out side and we asked them to get our order ready but they messed up my order and wanted us to step aside and wait in cold. I asked them if they could open the doors so we can wait for the order because it’s cold outside. An employee didn’t let us in and accused us that he’s not feeling safe with me and told us that we are rude. Also, We didn’t get the order until 8:59am and we stood outside till that time. Inspite of all these circumstances they messed up my order with cream cheese and my cold-brew.

Poor, very poor. My very first experience on Tim Hortons in this store was WORST. It has a very bad customer service. I regret going there. The doors were locked and we have a pick up order but non of them responded seeing us!. And It was probably 25’F outside. We stood there probably for 25-30. We just requested them to open the doors but they did not do it. And the way they are treating the people was very low level. And I think the management l and the employees of this branch must by quickly fired as it results to the BAD FAME to Tim Hortons. Finally I’ll not recommend to have anything in this store! 0/5

Floor was very sticky, their menus were not on, they didn't have any donuts, and 2 employees were standing by the drive thru laughing at us.

They are never open till 12 like it says they are I have went there at 11 and they were closed no wonder they are going out of business.

This location almost always is closed for random reasons. It still lets me place online orders and such and then whenever I pull up, they have a little paper on speakers saying closed but all the ordering screens and such are on. It’s happened to me about three times and at this point won’t be going back. Seems like a horribly managed location.

Door is locked, open sign is on, drive thru isn't answered, nor is the phone.Edit: when I do go through the drive thru and it's answered, the staff has always been absolutely wonderful and the drinks have been great!I just don't understand why sometimes they seem closed at odd times during their business hours. Must be something with management
