This place is open till 8p.m. but if you want a donut better come at opening or you won't get anything close to what you want and they won't redip donuts either. What sense is that? Why even be open that late if you won't redip more donuts at 3pm? Or even 4pm.? On top of not having or making what you want donut wise, they aren't good at the cash register either. These workers can't do basic math without a phone and the problem solving skill my family witnessed today was rude and seemed unqualified. If you can, I'd hold off on this Tim Hortons. Cause even exact change will throw them into a spiral of confusion and rudeness.

Joey, hope, and megan all go above and beyond with their service. Have had many other great employees as well. Will continue to come to this coffee shop regularly ?

Love this place! Super friendly staff, always fully stocked, and everything is clean!
Things have turned around in recent months somewhat with more consistent hours. Food is still frequently unavailable during open hours. Order accuracy is also a frequent recurring issue. The store does not answer phones.
