This place has some of the best food I have ever eaten. Service with a smile. I had the all meat pizza with breadsticks. They were so great!!! The service was top notch. I recommend anyone in the area to check it out!!!!

Called order to take home. Philly cheese pizza choice small or large only. Ordered large for leftovers, $$
Very little and small pieces of cheese steak. Strange-off taste from some cheese. No green peppers so onions raw not grilled. Added mushrooms but not good and very thin.
Wife’s pasta was burned all around the foil bowl. Edible just a little dry.
Breadsticks were very good.
Cinnamon breadsticks were just ok, WTH is in the sauce containers? Nasty oatmeal/butter or something. Why not just powdered sugar glaze. Lived all over the country and by far—most money/least favorite Pizza place.

It wasn't the atmosphere I was expecting for pizza. I wasn't impressed with the cold expensive pie I ordered that was just sitting on the end of the bar unattended when I came in to get it. Had to hunt someone down in a not busy restaurant to get attention. I may give it another chance. Heard good things. Bad first impression.

I tend to not leave bad reviews but after the experience we had yesterday and reading what other people experienced, I figured I would. We showed up for dinner on a Friday night and the guy working at the bar was immediately unfriendly. We asked him if we could sit on the patio and you could tell that annoyed him. He said fine but sit closest to the door. We found that comment to be weird because the entire patio is close to the door. He came out a few minutes later and gave us menus. We told him we were waiting for one more person but he interrupted us and said cool, scan the qr code for more information, and walked away. Didn’t offer waters or seem to care at all. We had a really icky impression so we ended up leaving, as he never came back out either. I was hoping to try to food as we’ve heard amazing things but after reading some other reviews, it’s clear that they don’t care about customer service. I would work on making your customers feel welcomed and not like an annoyance.

This is a fun place... It's a little small but there is a lot of personality! If we get back in town we will stop here again!

First time in Mt Pleasant and wanted pizza so gave this place a try! Wow! We were so not disappointed! One of the best pizzas we have had in long time! Loaded with toppings and the crust was excellent!! Wish we had this in our home town!! The service was excellent! I will be back again every time I am in Michigan!! Don’t pass up going to this place! 5 stars in my book!

Took my family out for my son's Derricks birthday today, Kyle's was an excellent server, atmosphere is amazing, food was absolutely delicious, and we all had leftovers. Even my picky grandson absolutely loved it, especially the spinach/artichoke dip. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for the excellent celebration!!!

Miles was our server and made our first vist fantastic!! He was attentive and informative!! Miles made out experience fantastic and we will definitely be back again

We get the Wednesday special here quite often and it's usually at least five pizzas. We have had not-so-great experiences here but never really said anything because the pizzas were decent. However, after reading other people's experiences here, the stuff that happened with us certainly is not an anomaly.
1) I picked up an order of seven-ish pizzas and the overworked young girl working the front of house it seemed to have no social skills and seemed offended that I asked for a bag to carry everything out to my car. When I saw the grocery bags sitting right next to the takeout area, she reluctantly gave me one to pack the pizzas in.
2) The way the pizzas are made is not always consistent. Sometimes the toppings are loaded up, sometimes there are only several pieces and right in the middle of the pie.
3) we received a very rude note on one of the pizza boxes but we did not see it until we got it back to the office.(See attached). It seems like something a child would do... However looking at the responses to the reviews here, it definitely was the owners. When we call into place an order, we just ask for clarity on that orders so that things are consistent. We are never rude to anyone and we always tip.
I have never eaten inside here so I can't comment on the table service but from what I've seen of responses of the management, this is clearly not someplace I would probably call warm and inviting even though the interior looks great and even kind of cozy.
If you've ever seen Kitchen Nightmares, this place is starting to remind me of Amy's Baking Company.

The cinisticks were amazing but everything else was seriously lacking in toppings. My pizza had hardly anything on it and my husband's nachos had prolly a handful of meat on it. Everything tasted so good but was lacking in toppings again... especially with the prices be what they are.
