Service was good and staff was helpful and friendly however there prices have gone up for mediocre almost cold food and if you want sauce for your sandwich and fries they will charge you 53 cents per sauce cup which is outrageous. You can order takeout from a quality restaurant for a cheaper price and they will give you free sauce.

The manager was nice and made my bacon double stacks with fresh meat after the first set of burgers đ was pretty bad. The fries tasted horrible, old grease. Then I look and see how dirty the store is.

My boyfriend just sat in line for like half an hour waiting for the line to move and it wasnât moving at all, someone even got out of their car to go up to the window to see if anyone was even working and nobody was there. If youâre not gonna have employees in your store then you need to close it or if thereâs one person on shift right now then you need to schedule more people, nobody doesnât matter how mentally strong or whatever can run a whole fast food place by themselves.

I think they only hire angry disrespectful people. Didn't even finish ordering we just left. They are out of everything and angry at customers about it. To the point of being told people need to quit asking. Unbelievable really, but follows suit for most restaurants around here. Customer service has left Mt. P

Placed my order at 8:27 AM with only one car ahead of me in the drive thru. Waited several minutes while they served that car. Was never told there would be a wait and to pull forward until AFTER they had taken my money. Already 7 minutes in. Waited two more minutes, but had to get to work. Went into restaurant for refund. Cashier did everything she could not to give me my refund. Then her and manager said chicken had to be cooked fresh. This was 10 minutes afrlter the order. Finally got my refund at 10 minutes, and I added that if the order was going to take 10 minutes, then need to let people know ahead of time. At that point, the cashier sarcastically exclaimed it hadn't been 10 minutes. I proved it had been. Still no chicken. Instead of controlling her mouthy employ (and maybe given me my small meal, $2 worth of chicken biscuits to apologize, she sheepishly walked away from her employee, no discipline. I myself have been a career Customer Service Manager with many years as a Rep. If I had an employee who talked the way she did to a customer, I'd fire her on the spot. Never, ever going back to this Wendy's again. It already looks like a trash heap on the outside, and now I can see why there is never any traffic there.

Every single time my order is missing stuff. They never NEVER will give me the sour cream, hot sauce, or salt packets that I add to my orders. The last three times I havenât even received a straw for my drink. It is abundantly clear that they donât bother to check the bags theyâre sending out. Look before you pull away! Youâre out of luck with delivery.

Terrible location, run down and extremely rude employees.
Drive Thru employee likes to shame VETERANS for a disability that is out of their control. Telling a veteran not to come back or use a drive thru because of a speech impediment just shows how unprofessional and incapable this Wendy's location is. Maybe don't work for the public, in customer service if you can't handle every type of human that IS THE PUBLIC? The manager did nothing to handle the situation. This Wendy's is clearly incapable of functioning professionally. Myself, my friends and my family will NEVER give this location our business.
