When in at Wendy’s to have lunch, no other customers were there walk up to the counter to order the Manager was laying on the counter not paying attention until a co worker said something ( that’s is very nasty peoples food goes there !) and our sandwich had no taste and the bun was very dry. Not coming back here.

not happy. I went in, Sorry, I TRIED TO GO IN but was turned back to my car. MIND YOU it is only 8 pm when the cafe hours are open until 10. the lady was rude and the frosty was melted. I feel like I was spit on when pulling up to that drive through. the wait was long and the lengths the employees went to ruin my night were much much longer. 0 stars if i could

If I'm going to get a fast food burger, I get it with no bun. Wendy's beats them all! Put together nice and neat, burgers are thick. Every other fast food place gives you a big mess when you ask for a bun less burger.

Just stopped in to try the sauce nugs. They were good, but I upgraded to a meal and got the 🍟 and idk if you have ever smelled a really bad baby poop like so bad you can taste it well you are changing the diaper? well, if you have, you know what I'm talking about, and that is exactly how the fries tasted i literally throw up after I put them in my mouth. I don't even want to think about what happened to those fries to make them taste that way. I hope I don't get sick or more sick i should say.

It was 11pm and we went through drive through we were pulled ahead with nobody else in sight. After waiting 15 minutes for our food we backed up and asked what was going on he said they were bringing it out now can you pull back ahead. When questioned why we couldn’t wait at the window the manager said because it makes their times bad. Not another soul came or went while we were there.

I had went to the other wendys on pickard, I got to the order box, it was 10:27, as we pulled up they flipped their sign to the lunch screen, I ordered 3 breakfast menu items bc it was 6:27! It was literally 3 chicken breakfast sandwiches, add bacon, put on croissant, they wouldn't do it, my daughter had been sick and actually felt like eating and THIS is what she wanted, so this momma was going to m make it happen, so I called the wendys on mission and talked to the sweetest girl on the phone and she said SURE, WE CAM DO THAT FOR YOU! You made my kids day which made my momma heart whole & happy! Thank you wendys on mission! You'd doing it right! ???

I've never really had a good experience with either Wendy's in mtp. I was craving chili so I went. I was very disappointed with this visit. I asked for no ice in the pop, there was ice, I asked for no tomatoes on the sandwich and there were tomatoes, I asked for extra crackers for the chili and I got NO crackers and the fries, I did not touch them and you can see that it's hardly half full and they were definitely old. I wish it was just this visit but it's every time I go there. I'd probably drive to alma or go without next time.

i just visited this location and had an awful experience. first of all, i’m not sure if our drive thru person was just having a bad day or what but he was extremely blunt and harsh. then we got pulled up (which i don’t mind) but our burgers and nuggets were cold so i can’t imagine what we were waiting on?! especially because there were at least four people working and at 10 pm it’s a blessing at the wendy’s i work at if we have more than 2 people past 10. i literally wouldn’t have made this review if our food was warm because i can excuse bluntness but having poor customer service AND getting cold food? ugh
