This place smells like sewage. Why are they even open. It smells like the sewer backed up into the place. Why do they even have people working here with a sewage leak? It's hazardous.

Used to be hit or miss here, but was usually only small mistakes. Apparently they decided to upgrade their horrible service. I ordered six simple sandwiches and burgers in sets of two and three frosties and asked for a receipt, just in case. Turns out 5 must be the new 6, two of each was too hard, and receipts must not exist. I absolutely do not recommend this location, unless you enjoy getting scammed and snubbed.

The meat was dry from sitting on the grill for too long, and single was not made as requested. No mayonnaise, when I ordered extra heavy. Very poor tasting & dried out burger.

so upset third time i’ve been here and my order has been wrong! I got two double stacked cheeseburgers both missing all the the topping and one having bacon on it! Im a seventh day adventist and can’t eat pork! also the customer service was awful!!! I’ve work at two restaurants for 6 years and i’m appalled by the service I received! I pull up to the drive thru and i’m greeted with “what do you want” and asked for some side sauces and told in a rude and annoyed tone “I guess remind me at the window” i’m super dissatisfied and disappointed with my home town wendy’s!

Stopped in on the evening of October 14 @ 7:30pm. Decided to go in to order and as soon as you opened the door to the restaurant they had RAP Music playing very loudly and then I got told that the lobby was closed. They asked me how I got in, and I told them what door I walked in, and they said the door was locked. If it was locked, I wouldn't have been able to get in. After that, one of the kids working inside told me they didn't have any burgers. I responded that that's fine, and then I only wanted 2 Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combos. The kid, in return, told me that he couldn't do combos because they didn't have any fries. Why are you guys even open if you don't have burgers or fries? Why is your lobby closed at 7:30 in the evening???? Very, very, very poor customer service on this evening. I will be calling the manager in the morning to make a complaint also.

Ordered my food at the drive though. Wanted to add on a drink at the window, I was told we don't do that anymore. I worked at Wendy's while i was a kid. It adds 5 seconds to an order. Lazy staff

Manager was really rude, made a situation deeper than it needed to be. very disrespectful. Situation could’ve been avoided if she just correctly did her job. Reminder to the “ manager” ( customer is always right) may not feel that way but it’s just the way reality is.

The middle aged woman behind the counter glared at me and walked to the other end of the counter. She then told the young man who walked up to wait on us “Oh sorry I didn’t see anyone at the counter”. Then she turned and stirred something, some kind of sauce maybe, got some on her hands and flung it backwards behind her and it sprayed me in the face, down the front of my shirt, and the counter in front of me. I said “Um, excuse me you just flung that all over me” and she just walked away. I will not be returning to Wendy’s on Pickard in Mt. Pleasant. Every table was dirty, the Coke tasted bad, and the floors were so sticky my shoes were sticking to it.
