I then drove up to get the rest of my order and was given two ice cold orders of fries and was offered absolutely zero compensation for the inconvenience, and poor service. First time trying it and I’ll never spend my money here again.

Most wings tops especially west Michigan average 2 stars for a reason. This one taught their employees how to actually make the fries crispy while still busy.

I ordered take out and when i got home my order was incorrect. no big deal i thought called the store and the general manager refused to give me her name stated i was wrong with what i ordered. i brought the food back and she said she was mistaken and would remake it. however during the remake of it they messed up again. i was told it’s not their fault and that they would not make the wings correctly and to call later for a refund. when i called for a refund i was told she changed her mind and would not be doing so. they refused to give me a name or number so i can file a formal complaint and then they hung up on me. i work extremely hard for my money and i just threw 50 dollars away basically because i was not able to eat what i ordered. and they refused to make it right.
