The post itself is nice. I like the look and the vibe. Very nice banquet hall. Good food menu. But, here's your fair warning, if you're not a member of this specific post or a local, do not plan on a welcoming reception. I travel a lot and as a Legion member I like my money going towards posts when I travel, but it was very obvious that no one was particularly pleased with my presence here.
I stopped in at the tail end of the Friday fish fry with my two boys. The staff was friendly, the food was great and the drinks were cold. I'll be back again someday. This was a good stop.
We were tourists looking for a Friday night fish fry. The Legion was very easy access for the wheelchair.The food was excellent. The servers are all volunteers and seemed overwhelmed. They definitely needed a break.We were very disappointed that you could only order alcohol beverages if you were a member.
