This place gives you the feel of a neighborhood pub overwhelmed by tourists which I guess is what you have in a tourist town. That said, the bartender was on top of things and the beer was quite good!

Can't remember the names of the IPA's we had, but both were very good, similar to 2 Hearted, but not copy cats. Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere sitting at the bar.

Delicious beers and fantastic service. We loved the Johnny Toughnuts brown ale! Although it is seasonal; hopefully, it'll keep coming back!

We enjoyed the lager beer they had on draft (hobo nectar)! Otherwise, there were mostly IPAs - so, I hope this place makes sure to have a wheat beer/lager on draft for us non-IPA folk! It was great with indoor and outdoor seating.

Stopped in for a beer after Pictued Rocks boat tour and hike. Great little brewery and beer. I had a hazy beer, Speedball Tucker. We got a pizza from next door which was very good. The bartender was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend stopping in whe in Musining.

EXCELLENT beer! Lots of great varieties to pick from that rotate regularly. The pizza place next door is truly excellent as well. Great spot for a late night dinner and beer.

We came here after a Pictured Rocks tour. The beer was delicious, as was the wood fired pizza at the place attached to the brewery (the pizza is cash only). The staff are all very nice. I had many of the beers. My favorites were the Lager and the Blackberry Lager.

My fiancé and I just walked in to the bar and the bartender never acknowledged us. An older gentleman walked past us and to a different part of the bar. The bartender looked at us and then helped the older gentleman. Not a big deal, we aren’t in a rush. We waited. The bartender refilled some of the current guests drinks. Again, we aren’t in a rush, not a big deal. Then a larger group entered and the bartender looked at us and then the large group. Thinking he would acknowledge us and serve us first, as we had now been waiting about 5 min…the bartender immediately walked up to them. It’s disappointing that a small business can have such poor service. There is another brewery in the area that we walked in and had amazing customer service with. I wanted to give East Channel our business but clearly they don’t have a need for good service and we won’t be attempting to give them our business again.
They seemed to be out of half their beers, and the service was unfriendly. The beer they did have was meh. Go a block away for By George and Pictured Rocks Pizzeria for a much better version of the pizza & beer than this place is selling.

One of my favorite breweries in our Great Lakes tour. Only intended on having one and moseying around town, but stayed for a few. Small place with good beer and friendly staff. Prices were great to go with the beer. Nice to be able to walk around the small town, stop in for a beer and find out about the area from bartender.

Great variety. Friendly staff. I am particularly fond of Hobo Nectar. My only recommendation would be to offer flights of beer to sample the variety. Definitely worth a visit!
