Terrible service food was cold messy and the cost was off the charts . I will not be going to sny of your resturants again. And I will also be spreading the word pictures of my family's meals and receipt of what I was charged for 2 combos snd a kids meal. 50 $ to feed 2 adults and a child is terrible. I seriously hope your franchise goes bankrupt for the way you treat an c prices u charge your customers.

Haven’t been to this Hardee’s for many years, but was passing through and decided to swing thru for a quick breakfast bite. Went thru drive thru- the lady who was at the window… wasn’t rude but wasn’t necessarily friendly. Food was standard greasy fast food breakfast. Time wasn’t terrible, but there was maybe a 5 minute wait. Price for a sandwich, med hash browns and a med drink was around $12 Medium experience.

I like that Hardee's really tries to help seniors out. A senior soda is .79 cents and is the size of a McDonalds medium. McDs should take note.

Stopped by here on our way back from 8 man football championships at the Yooper Dome. Busy with a lot of travelers. Facility was fairly clean concerning the crowd and weather. Trash containers were packed full, restroom was ok however needed some cleaning. Staff was friendly but clearly getting overwhelmed by the volume. Both our meals took a little longer than normal, to be expected during a rush. Crispy chicken sandwich was good. They have diet Dr Pepper so an extra plus for that. All in all a decent experience for the situation.

On Monday October 27 around 6:40 pm close to closing. I tried to order from the kiosk inside and was having difficulty. A very pleasant young lady came over and took my order for me. The order was exactly what I wanted and was made to perfection. It looked just like the picture on the wall. Tasted as good as I could have hoped for. Overall experience was great. Five stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The restaurant opened @10am, but didn't unlock the doors until 2min after. 4 vehicles in the lot waiting, to turn around and leave. Because they don't serve breakfast food anymore.

We came for breakfast and unfortunately they were not serving it because of lack of staff. That's 100% understandable and we planned to change our order to lunch... another customer walked in and also asked about breakfast, and at that point the woman working the counter gave a massive attitude since the gentleman was the third person in a row to ask about breakfast (and was kind and understanding like everyone else). The woman gave a condescending laugh, and rudely stated that the signs on the door say they don't open until 10 because of short staffing so there would be no breakfast. While we were going to order, that absolutely changed our minds and we left immediately. If it helps to pinpoint, it was an older woman working at 10:20ish on 9/13.

This place and establishment is absolutely terrible. Always understaffed and now they’ve got incapable robots, taking orders at the front counter inside, with the drive-through closed.
