We came for breakfast and unfortunately they were not serving it because of lack of staff. That's 100% understandable and we planned to change our order to lunch... another customer walked in and also asked about breakfast, and at that point the woman working the counter gave a massive attitude since the gentleman was the third person in a row to ask about breakfast (and was kind and understanding like everyone else). The woman gave a condescending laugh, and rudely stated that the signs on the door say they don't open until 10 because of short staffing so there would be no breakfast. While we were going to order, that absolutely changed our minds and we left immediately. If it helps to pinpoint, it was an older woman working at 10:20ish on 9/13.

This place and establishment is absolutely terrible. Always understaffed and now they’ve got incapable robots, taking orders at the front counter inside, with the drive-through closed.

Visited the Hardee’s in Munising at the end of July while traveling through the Upper Peninsula, and it was a great stop! The store was spotless—floors, tables, and restrooms all looked freshly cleaned. The staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. As out-of-state visitors, we appreciated their warm welcome and great menu recommendations.
They suggested a couple of signature combos that really hit the spot—the Frisco Burger Combo was perfectly grilled with crispy fries, and iced tea. Also the Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders Combo was fresh, juicy, and delicious. Service was quick, and everything came out hot and fresh. Staff was kind and professional
It’s always nice to see a fast-food location where the team takes pride in what they do. This Hardee’s made a simple road trip meal into a memorable part of our visit to Upper Michigan for family.
Drive through was closed. Signs said to use kiosks, but workers took orders from people they knew and from pushy people while ignoring kiosk users. Very bad Hardee's while most Hardee's are very good. Sourdough bread was under toasted.

We get that you're short staffed, but you shouldn't put our safety over pushing people through quickly. After eating your breakfast combo I ended up with horrible stomach cramps that ruined the rest of my vacation. I don't know if it was the eggs or the sausage or the gravy but I do know I'll never eat at your location again!!!
