I ordered online because it was across the street from my hotel room. There were only 2 employees working the whole store. They had a sign on the window asking for patients because they were understaffed. The one man working both the drive through and front was still very friendly and nice which is rare to see these days in the fast food industry. My order was made fast and correct.

Usual go here 2-3 times a month and everytime the staff are friendly and helpful and on the one occasion they gave me the wrong burger they were more than happy to make it right. I can't say enough good things about this place, especially Olivia who always has a smile on her face and offers excellent customer service

I ordered a chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese (forget the brand name). It was okay. French fries were okay, but not great. This place has/had a serious staffing problem. They were closing early (late afternoon) on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend due to staff shortages. They only had the drive-through open due to staff shortages. You couldn't go in for any reason (condiments, rest room, soda refill, etc.). Not a great look.
