Visited the Hardee’s in Munising at the end of July while traveling through the Upper Peninsula, and it was a great stop! The store was spotless—floors, tables, and restrooms all looked freshly cleaned. The staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. As out-of-state visitors, we appreciated their warm welcome and great menu recommendations.

Leaving the restaurant a worker was rude with my friend for not putting the highchair away that she had used. It was out in the seating area when we walked in. Why would anyone want a chair that was used put away before it was washed?

I ordered online because it was across the street from my hotel room. There were only 2 employees working the whole store. They had a sign on the window asking for patients because they were understaffed. The one man working both the drive through and front was still very friendly and nice which is rare to see these days in the fast food industry. My order was made fast and correct.
