Stopped in for lunch. The Whitefish basket was awesome. The fries were very nicely seasoned. My Great Uncle lived in Munising and he always wanted this place for his whitefish fix. I always got a burger. Live and learn kids. We got right in. The service was friendly and fast. The food was fresh. Great little joint.
Food was good but a bit on the pricey side. $60 for two and we just drank water. She has fish and I had a steak. Good food. Kind of dirty and old looking. The menu is somewhat confusing and poorly done. Needs an update, along with the decor. We got a good meal and decent service, but not a romantic place or anything like that. Super casual. Don't bother dressing up.
I had the most delicious omelet I've had in a long time here. The waitress was great. Funny AND kept the coffee coming. The signs in the restaurant were cracking me up. I'll definitely be back next time I go to Munising.
