Best Italian sub in Michigan. Right off the bike train ( yay). Local restaurant

They serve pizza at the Cafe and the actual pizza area is takeout only. The layout is a bit confusing but the statue out front was pretty cool. For some reason I was expecting to dine inside the pizza area based on description. No worries i was still happy to visit. The roast beef dipper is the best in jackson county. Finally, the au jus doesn't over power the sandwich itself and you can taste the meat. The sauce on the pizza is out of this world and the salad tasted like it just came out of someone's back yard. And all for a super super reasonable price. I told my boyfriend I felt like I was back in the 90s in this restaurant with the nostalgia and how the food tasted. We will definitely be back and I encourage others to check it out!

I'm only giving it to stars because it lacks a phone number to call it advertises the phone number but the phone numbers no good it sucks these people won't answer the phone and say hello
They tell you up front about the wait time. I appreciate that a great deal. Food is worth the wait. Haven't had a bad meal yet. Staff is friendly too
