I booked OVK BBQ for the Norton Shores Meijer's Annual Family Day, and they did not disappoint! All of the Team Members loved the pulled pork, chicken, mac and cheese, and baked beans. Curtis was incredibly easy and friendly to work with and even allowed me to add more plates the same week as the event. I'll definitely keep them in mind for future events and catering!
I'm obsessed with OVK BBQ & CATERING ! Their rib tips are hands-down the best I've ever had. The tender, fall-off-the-bone texture is absolute perfection. The flavors are rich and delicious, with just the right balance of sweet and tangy.
The quality of the meat is top-notch, and you can tell they put love and care into every single order. I've never had rib tips so tender and juicy - it's like they're melting in my mouth!
