Bout 17 flies on the window behind my head , landing on our food and drinksI mentioned it to the waitress and laughed, tell me it’s been a problem all summer and doesn’t know why…Asked if we need boxes , while we had flies on our foodPizza was good though, should have given some sort of compensation after admitting its been an on going issue

Stopped in for drinks & dinner and was overwhelmed with great service from Ayla. She gave us drink recommendations, whixh we enjoyed. We split the Hot Honey pizza which was wonderful, but a bit too spicy for us. So we have to pull off the jalapeños. Still delicious!
Understaffed and unsupported by the owners. When I originally placed my order the server told me the Caesar couldn't be made vegan despite what the menu said. Which I was grateful of, but is important for the owners know so they can update this.My friends got their French fries half an hour before I did, both were cold to the touch and tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for at least 30 minutes. The spinach in my salad was rotten and my friends Caesar wasn't much better. My friend also never even got the second drink she ordered after waiting about 45 minutes for it.We let the manager know, I felt bad for her since I could tell she was trying her best. Our meal was mostly comped, but all in all I'm disappointed enough that I doubt I'll be back.Hopefully the owners check in on their restaurant and give their employees the support they need. I hate to see a local business go under, but it's going to if it keeps going like this.
Vegetarian options: Mislabeled the Caesar as being able to be made vegan. And anytime I've gotten a vegan pizza they put so much vegan cheese on there that it dropped off the slice and had a snotty consistency even when I asked for light cheese.

Four of us walked in and were the only ones in the place. We sat at a table and was greeted by a nice server and she brought water. We all ordered our cocktails right away. About 10 minutes later another group of four came in and stood at the bar and placed their drink orders. We sat and watched them order get served and pay for their drinks as we sat waiting. We asked the bartender where our cocktails were and she was extremely rude and stated I have other customers. The place was empty and we had obviously been there first our server was apologetic. It had been a long time since I have been to 18th for this exact same reason - terrible rude service. I will not be back. Wonderland has my biz for a distillery. They know how to treat a customer!!

The cocktails, pizza and atmosphere were all extraordinary.
Went there for a late lunch/dinner today. We got the soft pretzel appetizer and it wasn’t that good, it was more like a salted bread than a pretzel, the beer cheese was ok. I ordered a pizza and it was undercooked and soggy. I don’t feel the food was worth the money I paid

Great atmosphere, fun experience, beautiful area.
Love that they have vegan options but I’m not sure the kitchen/chef understands what “vegan” is.
I ordered a caesar salad because the menu said it had a vegan option. I was told that the dressing isn’t vegan and was given the option of balsamic instead. Tasted fine, but that’s not a caesar salad, folks. Having vegan options means you’re offering the SAME meal with vegan ingredients — not a different meal.
Great beers and a must try hard cider
We loved this place! The whiskey root beer float and the smoked salmon app were both amazing. Nice decor, we would certainly go back and we live in GR.
Beautiful and historic building. One of the most unique interiors in West Michigan! Those celebrating weddings, birthdays, engagements, retirement parties, etc would be hard pressed to find better photo opps for the price! Come for the views and environment, stay for the drinks and desserts!
