Applebee's Grill + Bar

Boston was our server tonight. Took several minutes to even come to our table. Ordered the two for 25, so wings as an appetizer and two burgers with fries. Waited and waited. 20 plus minutes go by and another family comes in. Same section same server. They got drinks immediately and also got their appetizers within minutes while we still had not gotten ours. Not once during this time did Boston check on us or let us know what was going on but magically became so concerned when we got up and left. Offered to see what was taking so long. She should have checked 15 minutes prior when we were just sitting there wondering what was going on. Can't rate the food as we never got it. It wasn't even busy. No excuse for the terrible service we received.

I ordered the chicken
parm Alfredo. The chicken was moist, coating crunchy. But the noodles were very gummy. I was disappointed with this choice. The rest of our meal including the drinks were good. The staff was friendly and checked in with us periodically to make sure things were alright/needs were met.

2 of us went in, they told us 10-15 mins and we waited 45mins. When they finally got off there phone to seat us the floor was covered in trash, the table was nasty, I put my hand in food on the seat. Nasty is an understatement!! I will never return here again!

Chelsea was awesome polite and very attentive. Definitely recommend.

Food was as expected. Service started out good but once we placed our order it fell off. A beer was ordered when our food arrived but wasn't delivered until we were finished eating. Told they were grabbing it from the bar three times. Other drink refills took longer and longer. With table service being a luxury these days it was a bit disappointing.

Very weird experience! Four of us sat down, waitress brings 2 waters stated she’ll be back in a moment with 2 more. I say cool thanks by the way we’re ready to order. Order taken as well as other beverages we ordered. 10 mins go by she slides cheese sticks across the table and ensures us she’ll be back with whatever. I kid you not 20-25 mins go by and we still haven’t gotten our drinks. I informed the hostess (she was awesome) and she spoke to her, the manager and the service still sucked and so did the food. Maybe we went on an off day but it wasn’t pleasant from the start and ended with crappy food.

Ordered well done steak it was raw and I get bigger shrimp in my fried rice from a Chinese restaurant mashed potatoes were cold no condiments were put in my bag I ordered car side! This place is so bad they didn't even have a few things that's on the menu!

Every time I come here the service is great. It's an Applebee's, it's a little loud and you know what you're getting. I haven't had any weird or bad experiences.

Very very dissatisfied with the service. We got takeout when we were waiting for it they came out told us they gave our food to someone else. So we had to wait for them remake our food sat in the parking lot for a half hour they never offered a discount on our $74.00 bill. Won't be going back we used to go all the time.

Don't order the steak, apparently they don't have grills anymore and you're not going to get what the menu depicts. We sent back our steaks bc the first time they we literally raw, unseasoned, smelled like blood and grey. Then when they brought out again they we overcooked and still grey! When we asked why they were still gray they said that they didn't have a grill anymore they had some kind of CV something now and can't get a char on it. Then when we brought up how it looked grilled on the menu the man said yeah they should probably update that. The place was mostly emptied and we sat there for an hour waiting for food. I waited for them to refill my drink for like 15 minutes after they had already taken my cup. Terrible experience won't be returning.
