Waitress wreaked of smoke, spilled stuff on us multiple times. Not a good experience.

I won’t ever be back. Service times were horrendous and the waitress was either over seated or not enough waitresses yet the place was dead. Wrong beer order. The kid that seated us was higher than a kite. 85$ for a horrible experience I won’t ever eat at another Applebees again especially this one. If you’re the owner I’ve got some advice for you, sell now and get out. This dump will be out of business very very soon.

The booth they sat us at was dirty. The booths around us had trash all over the floor. We didn't get silverware and our server disappeared after giving us our appetizers so we just sat there staring at our food until we waved down another random worker for silverware. The drinks ordered one was a this drink they offer but it was super syrupy and sweet mine was a fountain drink. The food was ok but honestly we just wanted to leave once we saw the cleanliness of the establishment.

Natesha does an amazing job everytime, fast and genuine service, with a great atmosphere

I go out a lot, but when it comes to customer service, Natesha, the bartender here, knocks it out of the park! Always kind and with a smile on her face, I feel like she makes this location what it is. Pro tip: Sit at the bar!

Took my girlfriend on a date and Natesha was a great host while we sat at the bar. Definitely enjoyed my experience

I waited several minutes at the bar before someone came to take my order. There was no one behind the bar (it was just past lunchtime and the place was not busy). Food was delicious although the steak (8 oz. Bourbon Street) was overcooked. When I pointed that out to the server, he immediately returned it to the kitchen and ordered another which was cooked to order. He also gave me a complimentary salad. Over all, good service, once started. Pleasant atmosphere.
