I literally just left from their restaurant through the drive-through and they gave me a small lemonade that was completely filled with ice. I got two drinks before it was gone. They sold me a couple of ice. When I complained about it, they refuse to take back the drink and I had to threaten to cancel my entire order. They finally gave me another drink at no additional cost, but I kind of feel like I didn’t get my first drink.

What is wrong with your manager? A skeleton with a Xmas hat is a Christmas decoration. I don't remember a skull in the story of Jesus. You are sick and twisted. Wife and I and grandkids will never return.

Had a 50 dolla order missing sandwich and i asked for coke zero and got regular it all most killed me because i'm diabetic. I asked for a large meal got all med after the lady's repeated my order to me correctly and still got the whole order wrong. they said that I could come back but I live 30 mins away so I asked for a voucher they told me no they don't do that so,, sorry Arby's you suck!!!

This Muskegon Arby's is unclean every time I've visited. Food seems to have always been sitting out longer than it should be. Fries are cold. It continues to disappoint and also seems to be getting worse.
