Went through the drive through tonight, got our order and was missing a fry. When we asked for it the woman didn’t believe us, we insisted it wasn’t there and she walked away to grab it. I realized we didn’t have the ranch we asked for at the speaker so we asked and she made a snarky rude remark about having to make a second trip. She proceeded to not come back to the window and pack other orders. I work in a restaurant and I would never talk to someone like that.

I just visited the apple ave location and the lady on the drive thru speaker was brash and rude. She made us feel like we were bothering her by pulling up to the drive thru and letting her know we had an online order. She said it wasn’t there. So we waited a bit and went back. She asked if it could be under another name, I said no and told her my order. She said oh it’s here under my last name. Then she yelled SHE HERE!!!! Not sure why she wouldn’t of just asked what I ordered in the first place ??♀️ Arby’s app places your order under your last name now I know

I got an order for a roast beef sandwich along with a few other items and my bun was rock hard on my sandwich so I decided to call for a replacement or see what they could do. The employee listens to my issue and tells me she will get her manager. Before she could hand the phone over Kris the manager snaps at her saying "don't answer the phone we got better things to do" once she decided to talk to me she offers to replace it if I drive back. I said I'm home please take my number and she then tells me I don't need to do all that. What a joke. Do better Kris.

Don't eat here if you're gluten free! They won't give you leaf lettuce to replace your bun with even if you specifically ask for they give you a pile of meat and shredded lettuce underneath it with sauce poured all over it it's impossible to eat. They must be slow.
