I'm not a big drive-thru dinner kind of person so I don't go to a lot of places, but when I do expect them to be courteous and quick and not rude af. I thought the prices were kind of high but all the prices are high these days on everything, but the drive-thru service was pretty bad not the first time I had bad service here

The entire kitchen and wait staff saw an ice cream truck and ran outside. Leaving me alone in the restraunt. 10 minutes later they all came back with ice cream cones.My server brought me one..... but I'm lactose intolerant.

Called because I didn’t get the sauce I asked for and was told they ran out but when I called the manager said they did not run out. After getting off the phone I opened my sandwich and it was very messy and the pop needed to be changed. It taste like soda water.

I orded a BACON ranch cheesesteak, what I got I believe was a combo between a classic cheesesteak and a gyro because there was no bacon no ranch and the meat tasted and looked like the meat they use on the Gyro, the lady at the counter ignored me for 5 mins then finally took my order omg she was super slow and rude. This was the worst food I've ever gotten from Arby's on top of it I paid over $8 for the wrong food . You can do better than this ARBYS.
